The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Great to have parking right at the hotel.

Nice hotel, Nice rooms, clean, etc. Food was not good, and most service staff were not helpful and acted like you were interrupting their phone scrolling. Could not get wi-fi in dining area.

Overall a good experience. Our refrigerator did not work so that was a bit of an inconvenience. But the staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable

We ordered the crib which was not delivered the first night. I asked for towels change, that was not done, microwave was not working on second floor. In other words not a new hotel, little bitten up…

Perfect location, new and clean facilities Staff didn’t care about my concerns too much. They seemed impersonal. The room I booked was not available. No one bothered following up their mistake the next day.

The only issue I had was I had to constantly look for the valet parking attendants sometimes it took up to 30 minutes just to track them down to give me my ticket to retrieve my vehicle. They were rarely at their station, and seek them because they were no where to be found.
