When we arrived at 11:15 the person checking us in said I have good news and bad news. We have quite a few rooms ready, but if you want to check in now you have to pay $120. In all my years as an avid traveler I have never been asked to pay when my room is available. It has always been considered good customer service to maybe provide a customer perk that brings a customer back to your hotel. We had been traveling with 2 small children and I can tell you I will not be retuning to this hotel in the future. To add insult to injury I am a Hilton member.

We didn't like the room, was not clean enough and the sofa was torn.

The hotel was very clean, and the room was large, but the bathroom was small. There was limited selection on the TV, it had the date of Sept 2015. I ended up watching Hulu on my tablet.

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Room was great. Front desk and car valets were great. Very good experience in general. Pool could have been bigger and cleaner. Drinks in the lobby could have been less expensive. A water and soda were $12.10 for two drinks.

The staff was wonderful. The room was comfortable and the housekeeping staff did a very nice job as well. The breakfast is a big plus!

Location, room and the breakfast buffet Small refrigerator filled with food upon arrival. Please have housekeeping to check refrigerators when cleaning rooms for the next guest. Also, comforter for pull out couch. My grandkids was cold and had to pull a sheet from the bedroom bed.
