In the room, the bed “frames” were sheet metal boxes, too large for the mattresses, that sounded like file cabinets every time you moved in the bed. I hit my shin several times on the overhang. The balcony view might have been nice overlooking the patio and outdoor pool had it not served as a constant reminder of the unavailable but advertised amenity filled with green sludge. There was no restaurant. The only working vending machine I could find only feature two different kinds of skittles and peanut M&Ms. Don’t expect it to look like the pictures in the listing.

The sheets on the pullout couch had black stains but appeared clean. Only 2 bath towels in our room for 3 ppl. AC was broken everywhere except the room but the room was nice. Overall not a great experience for the price. More like a $80 room instead of a $120 room. But it was clean.

No breakfast needs to be put update on internet

Wasn’t very clean at all. The pool was freezing. Beds didn’t even fit the frames. No. Breakfast. Just sucked in all aspects.

Power went out a few times...elevator was not working for most of the trip and the room took a while for it too be cleaned.

The handicapped “accessible” room was barely accessible. Furniture had to be moved just to enter the room in a wheelchair. The entire building was so wet from humidity that everything in the room felt sticky. The toilet did have a handicapped bar, but it was behind a room centered toilet. The 1 vending machine we found was empty, the atttached restaurant was closed. We stayed 2 nights and each night, once at 12:30 a.m. and the next night at 2:00 a.m. the fire alarm in our room started screaming. After getting dressed and asking the front counter what was going on, we were told “we looked around, didn’t see anything so……”. Most definitely won’t be staying there again. Too bad though, the website made the facility look enticing.

Horrible place to stay. On line they say they have a continental breakfast, when you call they say its a breakfast buffet that $9 per person. After you book and check in there is NO breakfast at all. 1 of 4or5 ice makers barely works ( 2nd floor). Elevator broke down over half the time. Bathroom door falling off the hinge literally. Shower head so clogged barely sprayed (in the direction you needed it)

Everything was great

Housekeeping did not service the room on the second day. Door to the room stuck. Some force was required to open it and to to close it completely. This was mentioned to staff at check-out. Staff was pleasant and professional in their attitude.

Property and room seem a little worn but overall had a good one-night stay. Room was clean, fridge, TV all good. Bed comfortable. Wierd discussion with couple in room next to us who said boyfriend was harrassed by other drunk guests and "be careful". Our stay was uneventful and peaceful.

Not even Coffee. There was one cup for each one of us in the room.

They did not offer breakfast. It was advertised on the hotel website. I will not stay there again.

Roaches in our room. Place being remodeled. Gave us a credit but then they took it back. This place will not be my first choice next time I come through town.

Our room was excellent. Exactly what we were looking for. The pool and hot tub were fun and relaxing. The only frustration was that we asked to be on the first floor or next to the elevator and the front elevator was broke down and they placed us in the middle of the 2nd floor, nowhere near the elevator. Very clean and pleasant staff.

Nice, friendly staff, but the property is clearly in decline. Bathtub has no stopper (even after staff gave two to try). Front elevator is broken, and the air conditioning is not running in corridors. It was an OK stay, but we won’t come back.

The price The entire hotel was hot and smelly, the bathroom door was falling off, the outdoor pool was drained, the hot tub was not hot, and neither was the water in the room.

A Garbage dump, the junkyard, a morgue. These are a few places I'd rather stay, than at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Warsaw ever again. The first problem was the smell. Each floor had it's own unique, terrible odor. Next, was the shower. It didn't work. I had to use the provided coffee cup to fill up and pour over myself to wash off. Once informed of the shower issue, the front desk offered me a bigger cup. I chalk this up to the language barrier. After I insisted, they did attempt to fix the shower. Unfortunately, the fixed shower only produced cold water. Lastly, the indoor pool was ice-cold and dirty. Will never return.
