There was no one at the front desk when I was trying to check in. I waited for around 15 minutes before someone came, then there wasn’t an apology for my wait.

The manager explained that their policy is to not clean the room for the entire week we were there as a "Covid" policy. You would think they would clean more not less to keep germs away

Stayed here overnight last night. I forgot my toothbrush, bandages, a razor and shaving cream. They had everything i needed! The room was clean, air worked great and it was pleasantly quiet. The girl who was at the front desk in the early evening (thin, black straight hair and glasses) was GREAT. The only complaint was the breakfast. Juice machine was empty, 1 cold omelet left, sausage was undercooked. Maybe if the food attendant wasn't outside smoking and inside monitoring the food items we wouldn't have to go looking for her. Plenty of parking available.

The stay was excellent in every way, especially the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. They were fantastic. The only thing I would change would be: the toilet didn’t flush and I needed to pick up the tank lid to get it to film. Also the overhead light in the bathroom was flickering continuously. I didn’t ask for service because I was barely in the room.

The windows were sot of dirty but got washed in the lobby Monday. No whirlpool which I really wanted so just looked at the swimming pool. Staff all really friendly. Oh the breakfast was good but sometimes the heater under it must not have worked. Eggs not hot warm maybe. Hotel newer.
