The Barclay Towers Resort Hotel

The room wasn't very clean and smelled bad. The bathroom fan didn't work. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. We had to get blankets as they didn't leave them in the room. The microwave had a molding sandwich in it. Over all we stayed because we had reservations but we will not be back and will not recommend. The door needed repairs so you had to go through the restaurant on a wet slippery floor from the beach. The staff was okay but not really very nice.

Excellent location on the oceanfront boardwalk. Love the ocean view balcony. We had a few issues with furniture and accessories that did not work but the front desk staff was wonderful! They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Kudos to Angie especially.

Ok, just ok, tried to trick with certain floors are different

Room needed updating hair in bathroom shower only 1 wash cloth but tons of towels and didn’t notice until late at night bed was lumpy in general property needed updating great oceanfront location condition of property reflected in lower price than other nearby hotels

Great location.

The room is spacious and has a beautiful ocean view, but it is very poorly maintained and dirty. The bed is very old, the sheets smelled bad, and the bathroom and bathtub were dirty. We also found a cockroach in the room. The only really good thing was the ocean view.

The view was amazing enjoyed sitting on the couch & watching the waves while eating as well

Could be a little more friendly.

Exceptional

The location to the beach was excellent. Liked the ability to wash off sand before entering facility. Did not like lack of loading and unloading car. Did not like the parking area even though just across the street to facility.

Check in was great. House keeping was great. Pool was nice and clean with clean towels. Big window in room had a big Crack in it. Refrigerator was very small. Would be great for a single person but not so good for a room of 3 people. Balcony area is small.

The furniture was dirty and had stains. Tube had sand inside.

That it was on the beach and all rooms were oceanfront Cleanliness. Floors under the sofa and bathroom vanity full of dust and leftover debris from previous occupants. Vanity shelf in the bathroom also dusty. It looked like the wiped the front half only. Hard to get towels replaced, we had to ask 3 times and it took 2 days.

The area was excellent, staff were friendly, and Sound proof rooms couldn’t hear anything or anyone in other rooms Needs updated on room lounge furniture, pool ceiling needs fixed,and the floor hot could be repainted so it doesn’t look dirty .

Very good

The location was great, not as congested. Close to restaurants and cafe's, all we're accessible distance and no need to drive. The beds could be more comfortable, and pillows could be fluffier. The excess parking lot was disgusting, there was so.much trash everywhere.
