We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this hotel!

Not having a usable shower is completely absurd for a beachfront hotel, especially for guests coming back from the beach. Other than this major issue and charging for parking, I guess it was ok.
-
Clean, large rooms, great staff, good food at the Dunes on premises.

Had a good stay. Would have liked a drinking water filling station.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating from beginning to end. We arrived around 9 a.m. and were able to check in around 12 p.m. instead of the normal 4 p.m. check-in, with no extra charge. They also allowed us a late checkout at 12 p.m. at no additional cost, which we really appreciated. Our king suite with the trundle sofa was spacious enough for three kids, my mom, my husband, our baby, and me to stay comfortably. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast area was large with plenty of seating. We also loved the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, bar area, and the location. Overall, the amenities were great and the entire stay felt comfortable and family-friendly. There were only a few minor inconveniences. There was no card or information in the room explaining how to contact the front desk, so whenever I had a question, I felt like I had to physically go downstairs. We also lost water for about an hour due to a leak, although the staff quickly explained what was happening and had it fixed fairly quickly. The elevators were also very difficult to catch during checkout because they were so busy, so I would definitely recommend allowing extra time when leaving.

I liked that the room was so spacious, clean, comfortable bed and updated. It had everything I needed and the long big mirror was a plus. Having two televisions was great since some people watch different TV shows. The sink, where the mini fridge was located, in the room's sitting area was nice and convenient. When I was leaving the room it took me about 15 minutes before I could get an elevator going down. Listening to other people waiting, one of the elevators was not working. The breakfast options were limited because I don't like turkey sausage. It would have been good if you could have provided regular bacon since you had turkey sausage so everyone can have a choice. It would have been convenient to provide salt and pepper packets.

Breakfast was good & had a lot to choose from. The first night it took awhile for the room to cool down, but the other nights was fine.
-
The elevators: slow, one not working, and dirty carpet in the elevator. Breakfast: was just ok- lack of fruit and non-carb options. Staff: amazing, attentive and helpful. Would stay again!
