Close walk to the beach and dining. Out dated rooms and not very clean. Internate code not working and TV channels limited.

Our vacation birthday celebration was cut short due to the deplorable conditions. I have never wished bankruptcy on anyone til now. Conditions were so bad I kept a list, I showed that list to front clerk and she started addressing each concern I had listed. So my issue was not the staff just the condition and manner the place was in and the people they were letting stay there as guest.

Great bang for the buck.

The outdoor pool was a little small but clean. The motel is a couple blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The beach has ample bathrooms and some outdoor showers. Parking was free and easy. Many restaurants nearby. The staff was very nice. There was an unexpected free rock concert next to the beach on Saturday night while we were there. Our trip was wonderful. The beach was crowded with people from all over the world. We would go again.

Very nice help desk employees, the room was clean and the pool was awesome! I will definitely be booking again soon!

The biggest downside was the noise level. It was fairly loud, and we could easily hear other guests walking and talking outside our room. The room also included a kitchenette, but there were no pots, pans, dishes, or utensils provided, which made it difficult to actually use for cooking. Overall, it was a decent budget option, especially if location and price are your main priorities.

It was affordable and clean the only bad thing I can say is that the pool is tiny.

Close to the beach Helpful staff, clean room, affordable price

The bed is terrible so hard I can sleep in that kind of bed. It’s like you sleep in the floor next day I wake up with my back pain.

Room was very nice. Staff was very helpful and very polite.

The was staff helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily with clean towels/face cloths etc. The hotel was in a good location. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. It was really a good place to stay

Our only complaint was the one mattress in the double room had springs popping through the mattress and my son could not sleep on it. I didn't know it was so uncomfortable until our last night. He slept with me that last night. But on the other hand the location was excellent walkability was excellent price was excellent and staff was very friendly and sweet

Great location. We had the 2 double bed efficiency. A little musty smelling but clean. Extremely thin sheets and 1 thin fleece blanket. Overall a good deal for the location. I’m always very leery and read reviews and I was pleased.

Room could have been cleaner

A great bargain just blocks from the boardwalk. The building is a little old but the room was clean and the kitchen was good.

Clean & practically close to Beach.. Call for service was promptly answered. Cost was the lowest around. We left with a smile.

There was a sink in the bathroom and one in the room. Both were grossly clogged. Carpets super old. We did enjoy the small pool. They threatened to tow my car because I parked in a wrong space. An employee was yelling and being over the top about it because they had to wait for me to come back from the beach to move it two spots away. Extremely rude and loud and attempting to be intimidating. Will never go there again or recommend it to anyone other than to stay away. Also, ZERO of the pictures on Expedia advertising this hotel, were actually FROM this hotel.
