Great place. Clean, nice staff, and great breakfast served in the morning.

The stay was great. I traveled with my 2 daughters and 2 dogs and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was also very clean. We will definitely return for another vacation.

Always love staying here, everyone is so nice and just a nice location. Only this like most hotels I the area I wish they didn’t charge for parking/valet. However I still had a good time and enjoyed food from there in-house restaurant. The Placery and their breakfast. Which the only issue I had was the bacon was too dry, but still good breakfast 10/10 stay

so many hotels do not clean the room with multiple night stays. This one was a pleasant surprise!

Breakfast was ok. Not the best selection of food. Could be nice to have fresh over easy eggs not just scrambled eggs but it was ok.

Our stay at Hyatt Place, Virginia Beach, was pleasant for the most part. The room was smaller than expected for a king size bed being so close to the wall on one side, with less than about 8 inches. However the bed was very comfortable, we rested well. There was no closet as we are accustomed to but rather a kind of cabinet closet and quite small. We did however have a fabulous view of the ocean! That was the most enjoyable aspect of our stay and with a wrap around balcony. Hyatt does offer daily continental breakfast which my husband really enjoyed. All in all our stay was okay it’s just that I expected a little more from this brand for the price.

An excellent place all around -- very helpful, friendly staff; very nice and clean room, etc. The beach rentals (umbrella, etc.) by a third party seemed expensive so bringing your own might be wise.

The pool is always dirty and is very small; they also don't have a hot tub.

From the moment we arrive from the front desk to the valet to anyone working on the property we’re so kind and professional. I love that. I could just drive up to the door leave my car with Valet and then one time to leave pick it right back. This property still feels brand new and we were absolutely obsessed with our room. Stayed in it all day at one point because we loved it so much and just ordered in , if I could give more than five stars I would.

Rooms were clean. Location convenient. Right on the beach. Valet parking excellent service

The stay was quite noisy. Slamming doors and other random noises. Comfy beds. Great view and location.

Staff was very Good , just the Pool needs to be a little bigger. But it was ok
