Front desk Staff was very helpfull great beachview the bath tub had a ring around it I did tell front desk in handicap assessors room the tub need to be lowered for a handicap person some can’t left legs high to get over tub thank you for an enjoyable weekend

Beautiful oceanfront property, room was clean, and I loved all the outdoor space.

All the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious, but I would've liked a larger balcony. There were a few spots in the room that looked like mold so that was concerning. I also would have preferred onsite parking, but overall it was a nice stay.

Restaurant was poorly maintained and dirty. Valet service was a very slow, Ice maker didn't work. Other than that it was fine. NEVER AGAIN! Oh, the restaurant and bar were nearly empty and it took several attempts to get a beer. Worst hotel experience in my life!!

This was the hotel we always stayed whenever we went to Virginia Beach, but this time it was very disappointing. The location of the hotel is good, close to nice restaurants, close to the Neptune. The front desk staff was friendly and quick to respond. The elevator was bumping, didn't feel very safe. When I asked the housekeeper to vacuum my room, he said no vacuum. I asked for the 2 complementary bottles of water of the day, he seemed not understand what I said, after I insisted, he gave to me. Of course the following day, he didn't give us the water after cleaning the room. The breakfast used to be quite nice, they have omelet and French toast. But this time on the first day, their waffle machine was not working, also there was only one. The bananas were rotten.

Elevators were slow and it broke down in our second night but they got it fixed next day. Also I have a guy used his digital key and opened my room. He claimed he was trying to open his room 504 and accidentally unlocked my room. This is a security breach and needs to be fix soon otherwise I would not stay there again.

I didn't like how I was treated at the front desk on my last day with customer servi

Check in was terrible- didn’t get room till 7:15pm and my kids were sleeping in the lobby after I was trying to entertain them in the heat. Had to order dinner and eat in the lobby. I was given free valet and breakfast which was nice but still terrible check in. Overall stay was okay. Breakfast staff were nice and helpful! Pool towels barely available so bring your own! They don’t keep it stocked and after asking over 3 hour several times I gave up and luckily had a few towels I brought.
