It would be nice if they had chairs available on the beach, like they do around the pool. If you're traveling by plane, packing a beach chair and umbrella is most likely not going to happen. You have to rent umbrellas and chairs if you want to get a little shade. We saved a few bucks by buying some cheap folding chairs at one of the beach shops across the street, then rented the umbrella only. Otherwise, you're looking about $100/day to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella. All in all, it was a nice stay and the weather was beautiful, as always.

Property was great, room was nice and clean.

The rooms are very dated. The wallpaper was coming apart at the seems. The carpet was old and dingy. The bathrooms were also dated and need to be updated. The location is fantastic and the amenities were great. However, the main pool was not very clean at all. The hallways were hot as heck and should be cooled down a bit. The Italian restaurant here was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. But overall, this place needs a lot of work.

The location of the hotel was good as it’s close to lots of nice restaurants. There is also 2 located inside the restaurant. The rooms are a bit older. The doorway for the washroom opens inward so I feel like it makes the washroom smaller. The sink water went down slow which was annoying. Might have been my room not sure. The shower pressure was amazing. There is a fridge in the room which is helpful. The beds were comfy. I would have liked some free water there. As some hotels had a water jug you can get fresh water daily. Overall it was a really good stay.

The staff were all polite and accommodating. The hotel has only been partially renovated and unless you get a renovated room, the rooms are older, and while “clean” the are minimally maintained.

During check‑in, we used the lobby pool while waiting for our room. The water already appeared poorly maintained, but we assumed it was safe. The dirty pool however, gave my daughter hot‑tub folliculitis, painful, pus‑filled spots all over her legs shortly after showering. Completely unacceptable. We couldn’t use the pool again and were afraid to even swim at the beach. It ruined a big part of our stay. The hotel needs to fix its pool sanitation immediately. Staff seemed clearly overworked as well, not unkind, but not really helpful either. Towels arrived late, no room refresh, and overall, the place just felt neglected and gross. For the price we paid, basic cleanliness and support for both guests and employees should be standard.

The hotel is amazing. But there were several incompetent rude staff members, hidden charges for which they had no consideration for of he inconvenience etc. Great property but some of the rudest staff I've ever experienced for an oceanfront experience. Some were pleasant but doesn't make up for the nasty ones on every day I stayed

We’ve stayed before and will stay again. Only issue was no one ever came to clean our room and we had to ask for clean towels daily. Thankfully it was a short stay so we managed, but if it happened during a longer stay I’d be highly disappointed.

Exceptional views pools were nice and enjoyable. LOCATION Handicapped room and two out of the three in our party couldn’t possibly have opened without our Man who could

Hotel rooms were nice. Staff was friendly. The pools were NOT well maintained. Water was consistently cloudy. Many times during the visit I had to ask for someone to come out and skim the garage floating on the top. They're was no sense of urgency or care. Filter on the larger large pool was not running during the day. Very disappointed.

The only downside was that the sliding doors to both of our balconies were very hard to open! We hope to come back!
