Beach Carousel Motel

I enjoyed my stay at the Beach Carousel motel. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I loved being just a short walk form the beach and being next to the Virginia Legends Walk. Overall a great experience and would book again!

Dirty floors bathroom fans had a lot of dust bathroom toilet was full of ash. Room smells like smoke carpet was all full of crumbs. Whole room was very un clean.

The rooms were not very clean and smelled like smoke. The kitchen only had like 2 stove tops that we would use.

THE ROOM WAS NOT WHAT THE PICTURES SHOWED. THE AIRCONDITIONING VENTS WERE COVERED WITH MOLD. THEY HAD BOX FANS TRYING TO COOL THE ROOM. WASTE OF MONEY, I DIDN'T STAY, WENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL. LOSS MONEY DUE TO POOR CONDITIONS!!!

Ac didn't work well, but it was conveniently located and pretty cheap. Beds were comfortable.

Arrived on a Thursday. The system to check in was down. We finally got into our room and noticed two box fans in our room. It was very warm! Went to the staff and they said there was nothing they could do. No refund!! We stuck it out as long as we could but left before our trip was suppose to be over. I would NOT stay here!! ITS HOT!

Era mi primera experiencia en quedarme en un motel con mi familia. La verdad el precio es barato pero tiene muchas consecuencias. La cocina tenía mucho aceite, encontramos cucarachas, muchas moscas, el sillón cama no lo recomiendo para dormir es muy antiguo y a pesta mucho. Y los gabinetes de la cocina no sirven.

The room was... Moist. The carp was soggy, the sheets were damp, the lampshades were moldy from the moisture and my graham crackers got soggy overnight. If you have high standards and are sensitive to mold this isn't the place for you. If you don't really gaf and just need a cheap place for a couple nights this could work - just bring your own bedding and don't forget a phone charging block (the plugs in the room didn't work). Also worth mentioning - they are bug free.

Very close to beach. Liked the Legends walkway.

The pool was closed our entire stay. Our room had tons of roaches. They were on the walls, coming out from under the fridge and stove, crawling on my sandals. The staff were super friendly.

U enjoyed my stay! My riim was clean, the pool was great and the staff was very helpful! Especially Al at the front desk. The only thing I would change is i couldn't control the AC from my room. The room stayed cool enough though. I would also add a coffee maker to the room. Overall it was a great trip with no complaints. One of the best budget friendly places I've stayed in!!

The staff was excellent especially Alvin. They helped with everything they could. Made us very comfortable the whole stay It's outdated because it's an old facility the owners need to upgrade everything

Clean the walls of the toilet. It is full molds.

The location was perfect. It could be cleaner and updated.
