Our suite #160 needed renovation. Closet door will not close, bathroom needs serious repair, in sink area body lotion empty and glued to wall, could not reach. Hand soap coming off the wall. Bathroom shower a little slippery, no mat. Bathroom ceiling paint chipping. One towel rack broken, missing a piece. Bathroom door hinges rustedand with with water damage. Had to request, every day a 4th towel, for a suite with 4 people. I will no stay at this Hampton again, sorry.

Clean rooms, hot tub and pool were great, friendly staff. Bed was comfy. Didn’t wake up in time for breakfast though but it was probably good too lol. Would stay here again.

Mother traveled with a son, and we enjoyed the hot tub and the large room with a king bed! The pillow quality can be improved though.

Easy access to hotel. Staff friendly and room clean. Would recommend upgrading toilet to include comfort height toilet or add bar to assist getting up if needed. We did not ask for a handicapped bathroom, but if folks have any concern

I loved the restaurant in the lobby! Hilton is reliable and gives a stress free stay. There's a designated smoke area and the rooms are cozy and clean! Perfect hotel to stay at if you plan on heading downtown during your stay!

All was very good as expected except 1) the AC in the bedroom (and AC was absolutely necessary last night) blows directly at the bed, and it's only 3 feet away with no moving louvers to direct the flow. But the ironing board with a blanket draped over it solved that. The bed itself was fine, but the pillows (all of them) were atrocious - had the feel of a laundry baga with various amounts of lumped stuff inside. Inserting bath towels made it easier to forget what was underneath.
