The room was horrendous. It was unclean, smelled like cigerettes, the shower didn't work, and there was no wifi. Genuinely awful. Spend 30 more bucks and stay at a la quinta or something like that.

Do not book at this location. It is ran down. It is nasty from the inside and out. There are roaches the tiles that they give you are completely nasty. It look like they don’t wash the housekeeping do not clean and you can tell that they do not clean the doors and the walls in the room had so many marks and scars and you can tell that they don’t clean the walls. They don’t do anything. It is really disgusting. Do not book here. It smells as well The only good thing about the place is that they have good cable channels other than that do not waste your time or your money

The room floor was not clean. The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling including mold area and a large bubble in the ceiling. It was not in a safe area

Staff was polite and did their best but property was very poor and needs a lot of help.

Parking was easy but place needs to be demolished and condemned. Tv didn’t work and air conditioner was awful. We only stayed there because all other hotels were full because of the city being so busy that weekend.

Bed was comfortable We booked two rooms. First two rooms for one guest the room was dirty bed towels all over the place like someone checked out and wasn’t clean. Third room someone else was already in it. Fourth room tv stayed on one channel. The other guest the door key wouldn’t work. Tv had a side that was pink. The guy at desk charged my card twice after I told him the rooms would be paid separately.

Parking was easy.....no kitchen. In need of a lot of TLC. Tv got one channel! The bedding was clean at least!!!

Yes the room feel neglected no hot water at all or heat. Very bad hotel

30 minutes and several phone calls before I got somebody come to the desk to check in. Coffee with no coffee cups. Water takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get hot. Had trouble turning on and off the water. TV did not work only got one channel could not change the channel but you could control the volume.

Nothing set up a reservation after driving 11 hours to get there and there was NO ONE was there, I called and left voicemail, rang the button after 30 minutes I had to drive around to try to find a place that was pet friendly to sleep. Worse experience ever. That it said 24 hr service and lied.

This was the worst hotel i have EVER stayed in. After years if travel, i can honestly say that it is the WORST.
