this is usually a decent place to stay on the north side of tyler. We stay there a couple nigths a week. But now the elevator sounds awful and shakes. the pool is shut down and maybe under construction. breakfast is free but never have milk or oj anymore. in my line of work we tend to get dirty. We clean up before leaving but dont get me wrong we use the shower. especially this time of year for shutdowns. that being said i walk in from working in a hot environment its 105 here that day. I have a little soot slag and sand on me. A man who introduced himself as manager shouts "hey" as i walk to the elevator. i stop and turn to him. We are in a public lobby. He is 20 ft. from me publicly asking me why my bath towels were dirty. Also questioned why i was so dirty. look i get it i deal with it at home as well but there is a better way to address this problem other than shouting across the lobby. Im open to bringing my own towles even. They collect a incidentals charge of 50 dollars maybe use that and buy more towles. so i deal with him go to shower and what do you know. they took all the dirty towles and left me none to replace them then when i hunted the cleaning crew down. they were told only to give me one large towl and a small rag. we used to stay in king suites multiple days a week. now i would rather stay at the homless camp on the other side of the parking lot wall then deal with this dude. Im not the first or only one of my crew to report this,

Other than the cleanliness, only thing bad was the ants.

smelled of bleach like they were covering up the mold smell. Place was run down. Elevator did not work so we had to walk up to the 3rd floor. Will not be staying there again

Convenient location All was good

My last 3 stays at a Comfort Inn and suites has been much the same. Each time was only for one night. If you can overlook some broken things and trash then I guess it was just okay. But if staying longer, I will not book another Comfort Inn and suites.

Great Staff and quick check in. Convenient location

Could have had more breakfast choices, but it was ok. The location was right on point. Exactly where we needed to be. Nothing to complain about except the loose toilet seat. I called to have it tighten but no one answered, so I left a message. No one ever came

Nothing about it was liked Was asked to leave because I am a 62 year old heterosexual White Male Front desk was NOT heterosexual and asked me to leave and called the Police when didn't comply immediately. Wound up in an ambulance with an injured spine. B The front desk could have accepted me as HETEROSEXUAL male who DID NOT partake in the use of illegal drugs that he was passing out to other staff members
