Beautiful view, amazing staff balconies needed to be cleaned a bit

A view that is certainly unbeatable, however if you are a clean freak or cannot tolerate some bugs and/or typical lake-front property critters, this is not your spot. General cleanliness or the floors, corners, and bathroom area was suboptimal but manageable for 2 nights. Would recommend if you’re looking for a reasonably priced, short getaway and can tolerate those minor things.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location right on the beach was beautiful, the room was comfortable and we absolutely loved having the jacuzzi. The small kitchenette with a microwave was also a great idea and very convenient. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back❤️ Nothing major, just a few small suggestions that could make an already great stay even better. My husband is a smoker, and while we completely understand and respect that smoking is not allowed on the balconies, it would be nice to have a small designated smoking area outside with a bench and an ashtray. At the moment, guests have to go to the parking lot or their own car. We also noticed cigarette butts on the ground, so a proper designated area might help with that as well. Since we had the jacuzzi, a small shower gel or body wash nearby would have been a nice touch. The kitchenette was very useful, but having a couple of basic items such as plates and cutlery would make it even more practical. And one little surprise the pool was advertised as heated, but the water was definitely quite cold! I would have loved to use it, but it was a little too chilly for me. These are really just suggestions, because overall we had a great experience and really enjoyed the hotel.

Lamp covered in stains and dead bug hanging off lamp shade. AC is VERY loud, had a hard time sleeping. Paper we were handed said after 3 days, housekeeping would be in to replace towels and take out trash and that never happened.

Despite the unused nights, they are not issuing the refund as agreed.

Good beach. Great view, convenient. Would book again.

The location is normal. And this is all from the positive. The rooms are dirty, in need of repair. The air conditioner works poorly and is noisy, it is impossible to sleep. There is no breakfast, although it is stated.

Outdated bathroom but the balcony view was super nice.

The hotel is okay. Pool looked nice. It does show its age in the room. Don’t get excited about breakfast … hostess danishes, muffins and nutrigrain bars. No hot breakfast. Likely will look elsewhere to stay in the future

The beach and chairs were nice, updated room keys and locks, and check-in was easy. The outdoor pool was heated and the spa tub in the room was nice albeit old. It was dirty, in different states of disrepair, and needs updating. Spa tub was at least 30 years old, the pool had broken and cracked edges and was oddly small, baseboard heating was falling off the wall, shower couldn’t keep consistent temp, toilet room door would stick, microwave was ancient, balcony screen door was off the track, the floor was uneven I’m out room, spiders everywhere outside, the front desk closes every night. I did not take pictures of these issues however.

Everything is prohibited we stayed our entire vacation in the car.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Gave me great tips for getting around TC. The pillows. I'm fussy. I'll have to bring my own next time. Didn't know we had to change the sheets. Perhaps that is part of the value of the price

Proximity to the beach. The bed was very comfortable The bathroom is dated and a little dingy

Location Not clean!! Dirty bed clothing, some type of spilled liquid on the walls and staineds on the furniture! Fridge didn’t work!

Flies everywhere. Window air conditioner built into the wall that kicks on and off all night. Towels were the worst of any hotel I’ve ever been to. Overall, gross. The view is it.
