What I like most about the property was the view from the room. The property felt not well-maintained.

If you want quiet place to stay Yes, but the place was empty vibes to me.

Everything was great overall. The only issue was the air conditioning in our room, it only blew cold air, and the heat did not work. The room was freezing all night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Hotel is about making money

The room was very spacious and clean! All staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests. The only downfall to this location is that there were no water fountains available, which is ideal for patrons and hotel guests visiting after a long day of adventures. We later found that water was available at all restaurants per request; however, they do close and do not provide any services thereafter. Key here is being your own water. :)

The front desk was very nice and they heard me when I requested to change rooms because the view was terrible. But they did not tell me I had to call the front desk to have the room cleaned up We slept on unmade bed and had to call ti have clean towers.

Had a great stay, hope i can do it again soon

We had a great time staying at Bally's

Some negatives: we found partially folded pillow cases in a drawer on the tv table. That drawer also has dust in it. That was a turn off, (having stayed in many hotels.). The shower pressure was bad…maybe they’re using water saving nozzles? It basically sucked. The tv isn’t app ready. No Netflix or other apps. The existing channels…many showed “scrambled signal” or something like that making the channel not watchable. No complimentary water bottles in the room. Many hotels offer that. Unfortunately, that was our first and last stay at Balley’s. But again, the staff were all friendly and professional. Good people.

The room was not as clean as I expected, older could use some updates. The shower was nice and big

We got in late on Friday night with no food. Saturday night after a great concert at the Tahoe Ampitheater with no food available in the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean.

Ballys the room were Big and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were hugh very nice. They had alot of spa treatments, massage, and really anything you need for your lady. Lots of parking and the prices a little more reasonable than the other casinos and just walk the restaurants/ casinos/ bars next door. It was a Good place to stay. I did decide to gamble at Casears more lively seems more options and tables but the rooms/parking expensive at Caesars so Ballys is a good option then walk to Casears to gamble. Also, wish they had a 24/7 cafe or fastfood option in the casino. Most Lake Tahoe casino restaurants went high end and they only open after 4pm so have to go outside the casino for lunch like Base Pizza was great down the street

Everyone from the front desk to valets we are always smiling and helpful!

Great room, friendly staff.

Quiet and nice. Dog freindly and just renovated but it still needs some touch ups. Overall very satisfied with the room and accommodation. Would like a water dispenser on the main lobby or connected to ice machine for convenience. Rooms still had carpet so not good for big dogs. Beds are very comfortable. Down pillows are too soft and had to use two for sleeping
