Thank you for the upgrade.

The restaurant was closed, few amenities, the beach was beautiful

I have been to the Sirata before and it was very nice! This time, the pool bar was closed as well as the restrooms near the pool. No service at the pool; as there was before! The new restaurant had no restrooms either??!! The room was smaller than expected for what I paid for. There were roaches in the hall as well. I was extremely disappointed in this place and stay! I paid $120for a resort credit for no resort amenities. I will never go back!

The resort has been upgraded from our last stay. The new pool and Rum Runners were amazing. The fitness center was nice. Room was refurbished but not stocked well with utensils. Maid service was lacking and our door was left ajar

Nice late summer stay.

Exceptional
-
Clean room, daily housekeeping. Great location to the beach. Pool was amazing with music and service daily.
-
Very clean, location to beach and plenty of places to eat Sounded like they were doing construction right outside my door very early in the morning. Pillows were not comfortable at all
-
Access to the beach was excellent. Restaurant was good and wait staff there was pleasant and helpful. Check-in staff was unprofessional, eating while checking us in. The room required an air fresher due to odors.

Love the new pool and clean remodeled rooms. Great location.

Room was not clean, floor was filthy. Nice brand new pair of white socks were BLACK within an hour.Shower was halfway cleaned, Terrible pillows, woke up with my neck aching .

It was a nice place. They are building a new pool currently so be aware when booking weekday trips. If they put you near it you will be woke up at 8am to them digging. The location is very convenient to a bunch of places. The staff was very nice with me but also I never really needed them while I was there. The rooms are a little small for the price but I’m also not the most picky person in the world. Them having beach towels were very nice. So don’t pack yours like I did to save you room on your carry on. I definitely would stay in the same room I stayed in. It was on the second floor of the main building. It was a solid beach spot. I’m not really sure what the high resort fee was for considering it didn’t seem like there was a lot of amenities other than the towels and the waters they sometimes put in your rooms. We went to the gas station down the street and got a case so it was no big deal on that front. I would stay there again especially once the construction is done on the new pool. I’m not sure on the cost comparison of other places but I had a good stay. I would recommend if there’s a good deal going on for it.

Checking in and out was seamless the entire place has been renovated and it's much nicer however the new rum runners restaurant is a work in progress left doesn't know what the right is doing bartenders were very good. You didn't see anyone overseeing the waitstaff kind of like winging it. Food was like a three out of five not memorable.
-
Great location right on the beach with everything in house that you could need. Property seemed dated and was hard to navigate.
-
Parking was atrocious! No places to park except over at St. Pete Beach Motel. Heard they were charging to park there if not staying there. That is unacceptable! I paid for parking and was staying there. Not sure what the amenities were except water. $40.00 per day for nothing! Only employees we saw were housekeepers and they were great. Had to pay for beach chairs and umbrellas that use to be included in daily fee.

We had a great stay, and plan to stay again.
-
I booked beach front suite for my family and myself. I arrived at the property close to 5pm only to be told that the suite was not available, but I was not given a reason.

Pleasant

Love the location of the resort and the quiet uncrowded beach. We were not fans of the renovations and closure of the old rum runners and pool area. It was our families favorite spot!

Very good
