The staff was great. There was an issue with stains in the bedding and they changed it quickly and apologized for it. The only negative is that you don’t find out about the $100 deposit until you check in.

Got a 2 queen room. The room was extremely small. One of the beds was so close to the window that you had the curtain on the bed with you. No fan in the bathroom. There were zero garbage cans in our room. Only one of 3 lamps in the room worked and there were no usable outlets. Definitely not CPap friendly! Probably would not choose to stay here again.

Clean and secure

We had a fantastic stay at the intercontinental riverfront in St. Paul. It was one of the only affordable hotels conveniently nearby metro lines in that area. You can get to and from the hotel and the airport via Metro. You can also get to all the major stadiums and arenas from there on the Metro as well. As soon as we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by the concierge and the staff member at check-in was very friendly and efficient. Our room and bathroom was very clean and I slept like a baby on the bed. I also appreciated the thick walls and doors because I did not hear a sound. We will definitely consider this place in the future if we come back to the area.

I stayed in August 2026. The hotel staff members were friendly, my room was clean and overall my stay was nice. The tub in the room where I stayed could use an immediate upgrade and the shower curtain needs to be replaced. Also, it would be nice to inform guests beforehand that there is no hotel garage - only valet parking services available at the hotel.

The property is just old. Dark colors, dark carpet. Not my preference.

My usual complaint which covers EVERY hotel I have stayed in is the lack of lighting. Hard to get dressed, etc, in dim lighting.

Room was clean and front desk staff were very helpful. Chris the bartender was outstanding. The buffet breakfast was not very good. Restaurant staff were a bit rude at times. Restaurant was frequently empty and short staffed when you visited it. The bar was also empty at times. Frequently had to wait to be recognized at the bar and restaurant. Did not use the amenities. The city was fun and the hotel was located in a nice area. Would recommend the hotel. The restaurant not so much.

The valet took our car from the front, the concierge escorted us and our bags/blankets to our room and gave us a room tour. Front desk staff were quick to respond to texts. Food in the restaurant was delicious. The room was clean and gorgeous, our view was gorgeous, the halls and bathrooms were immaculately clean. Valet picked up our car and brought it to the front when we checked out and valet and everything was added to the card we used to pay for our room. Easiest, best, cleanest, most respectful stay I've ever had! We WILL be back ♡♡♡

As We had a wedding event in their Great Room and the space was filled to capacity. I was awestruck at the sheer size of the room and it sufficiently hosted almost 500 guests!

i would highly recommend that staff are so nice and friendly

The room was riverside and had a beautiful view. However the room was very small and had an awkward transition to the bathroom. We also didn’t love that the shower had a partial glass wall with no door, so water constantly sprayed all over the floor. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

There was a sort of sewage backup odor in the middle of night that didn't last long fortunately.

Very cute / nice and I had a great view with the river room!

No microwave , no trash bags , no working heater

major issues with my room and getting it resolved.

Rooms were damaged and the parking was not accessible

The pillow were the best I have ever slept on.
