Sleep Inn Springfield West

We were welcomed kindly by the desk staff. Our room was very clean, & we very much appreciated the hotel being fully non smoking as well as cleaning products not leaving a perfume type of scent. Breakfast offered a nice variety.

The front desk was nice and made the check in quick. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water.

The staff is polite and accommodating; they handle every issue as if they were experiencing it themselves. I found them very sincere and genuine when I had a problem checking in. I only go to this place because I trust it. I stay here each time I visit Springfield.

There's plenty of parking and close to restaurants and stores for shopping. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. No complaints about anything!

The shower was really nice and it was clean!! The bed was not good it was hard and the pillows weren't that great either!!

The pictures are not even close to how this place really looked. It was dirty and all they did was slap paint over the grungy walls so you couldn’t see how bad they truly are (but you can tell my the spots they missed). The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor since the door to the shower didn’t fully close. The room and bathroom was tiny. You can hear EVERYTHING outside the window. We checked the window because we were sure it was somehow open due to how loud it was. Oh, the hotel is also right next to train tracks. That would have been good to know ahead of time. Would not stay here.

OK about sums it up

They need to exterminate the premises I killed two bugs and that made me uneasy the entire night. I didn’t get much sleep worrying if they were going to crawl on the bed or in my bags.

The bed was really comfortable and clean. Pillows-I bring my own. Pretty quiet. Located around many stores and restaurants.

Staff was nice and cooperative but rooms are too small. Carpets was wet and room had smell. Bathroom sink is right next to the bed and water drips on carpet and keep it wet and room humid. blankets were not clean. Overall, may be acceptable to crash for a night but definitely not a place to stay for few days. Would not return.
