Great place to stay . Will return next year .The only thing that was a bit of a i convenience was the parking .It was garage parking .The fee was only 7.00 but i felt they should of has some kind of free parking for guests.Other than that it was beautiful. It was clean. Also the staff was great. We even got a oatmeal walnut raisin cookie.

The staff were so kind, but the room wasn’t very clean. The pool was very disappointing, I wish they would have just had it closed.

Room was nicer than pictured. The lobby was a bit grungy with furniture that looked worn and stained. Not sure if there is anything nicer with a very central location. I would book there again.

The room was very nice and loved the view from the 10th floor! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel located near Lincoln Museum and Home. The restaurant staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was good!

We checked in just after 4pm and waited in a long line for check-in. There was one worker checking people in and the other worker was on the phone and would occasionally check someone in. There was absolutely no urgency. When it was our turn to check in, we were told that our room was not ready. He still took my ID and credit card for incidentals and told us we would be called as soon as a manager could approve our room which wouldn’t take very long. Luckily, another person in our group allowed us to use the restroom and change clothes in his room because we had dinner reservations at 5:30. At 5:15, we had to leave for dinner and stopped by the front desk to check the status of our room. We talked to the same worker who acted as though he didn’t even know who we were. I had to provide my ID again and when I said to him “we just gave you all of this an hour ago” his response was that that was a pre-check. We were finally given keys and arrived late to our dinner reservation. I’m a Hilton honors member and was not given credit because I booked through this website and when I inquired about an adjustment due to the late check in, I was told they couldn’t help me because I prepaid through a third party site. The room smelled musty. The door to the bathroom was partially blocked by the toilet. I would not stay at this property again.

Requires immediate updating. Questionable location. The staff demonstrates exceptional hospitality and professionalism.

The staff was excellent!!! The security was very good as well. You could only go to the floor where your room was located. The elevators had a card access reader. I was disappointed I could not check in till 4pm. That seemed a bit late for me.

Nice hotel, had booked a room in advance online, got there said they had no rooms, after brief argument they finally had a room, but once we got in there air didn’t work.

Hilton Honors never worked, never updated my password, was basically a no go.

Practically no air conditioning. Asked for house keeping after 2nd day and had to ask 3 times to get room cleaned and new towels. Front desk staff was not very sociable.

Second time the Engineers called and the same thing. Though we were supplied with box fan's. Third complaint was met with we are so sorry we will send Engineering up again. Engineering never came. The entire hotel was having cooling issues per my conversations with several other guests staying at the hotel.

Staff was amazing. Close to historical places in Springfield to visit very walkable. Room was very clean

My wife and I thought the staff were friendly and professional. We also really liked the location and enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kyle! The location was incredibly walkable. A lot of the common spaces were tidy, cool, and felt modern. However, as you get to the upper floors there is a musty odor. We had our AC set for “54 degrees” and our room stayed warmer than we would’ve liked (probably more like 72 degrees). The city view was a little bit underwhelming. The hotel has so much potential but DESPERATELY needs updates. The pool was absolutely disgusting. There were stains and questionable black spots. The steps to get in were in poor shape. The bottom of the pool felt slimy. The water was cloudy and cold (despite the website listing a HEATED pool). I would not stay here again.

Check-in was quick and efficient, and overall we had a great stay. The rooms felt a little dated, and the pool area could benefit from an update or a more thorough clean. Despite this, we really enjoyed our time here.

Check in took an hour due to staffing. Which subsequently meant restaurant wad closed after checking in so no food service. Next morning waited to be seated for breakfast for over 10 minutes. Hotel not staffed properly for the opening weekend of WPBL

Gwin was terrific with her follow-up on our needs. So pleased because we felt so welcomed by her.
