Expected better. They charged me a $55 fee that they said would come off my account but still hasnt

I had a latte and pastry in the small coffee shop which was a good spot to "people watch" for me. I really did not see people in any breakfast spot!! The hotel is lovely....too bad none are built like that in this modern era!! I had a light meal in the bar "Peacock Room" - I enjoyed chatting with one of the bartenders - excellent halibut and chips!!! I did self park across....not again as I am getting too old to lug my suitcase around!!!

We had to move rooms at 12 in the morning due to a squeaky air conditioning vent.. the room we moved into was not as nice as the one previous..

The Davenport is one of our favorite places to stay. So fancy, the beds are great and love the amenities. We definitely will be back!
