What a great Hotel. Our room was great. The staff di friendly and helpful. A great breakfast with lots of food choices. Highly recommended.

Great location for the concert we were in town to see! My only complaint is that we weren't made aware that the fitness center was under construction. Not the end of the world, though.

I know my room wasn't vacuumed as there was used q-tip on the floor . I also noticed there was a dime on the floor as well. So it was very over looked.

Most accommodations were good and met expectations The only accommodation that didn't meet expectations was the breakfast, a lot of the hot food was ice cold and vice versa for some of the food that was supposed to be cold was warm

Nice place & great staff Nothing

everything was clean and vert comfortable. Front desk courteous, complimentary breakfast fresh, good and plentiful. Our toom smelled very musty, not sure if this is because our room was bext door to the indoor pool, pluus our room had a large jetted tub! otherwise our stay was perfect!

The room was a little outdated the paint was peeling off the bathroom door, and Half the outlets didn't work.

Everything went well for the most part! Very nice staff! Location close to our event and a very nice offer for a ride to event! Jacuzzi wasn't running the best!

The location was great. The tub didn’t hold water and staff didn’t do anything about it. I got a text saying checkout was at 12 and staff came knocking at the door twice, 11 & 11:30.

I liked the location of the hotel to the Amphitheatre. The sheets (not the pillow cases) were soft and comfortable. The bed seemed old, it sagged in the middle at which you were trying all night to not roll into the center. The pillows were awful, not only were the cases scratchy on the face, but the pillows were under-stuffed and made for a horrid night of sleep. There was a blinking light on the phone that would not turn off. The plug-in on one side of the bed did not work.

I was solo traveling to see a concert at the new Mystic Lake Amphitheater. Check-in on Sunday was seamless - I got settled in my room, then spent some time in the hotel's pool & hot tub, which were both very nice. The continental breakfast offered is pretty good, especially the hot food that was offered (biscuits & gravy, breakfast potatoes, bacon, waffles, etc). Check-out was a breeze. I'd definitely return for future trips to the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities.

Friendly staff welcomed us, comfortable and spacious rooms, it was clean and in a convenient location to Mystic Lake Casino & Amphitheater. NA
