The bed was very comfortable.

This selection was consistently clean and comfortable. Management is working on upgrades. We were unable to take full advantage of the breakfast due to a very early work schedule and no grab and go options. The hotel is a solid value and staff are caring and engaged with guests.

Hotel however looked like it has been kind of remodeled like putting lipstick on the pig!! Not finished floors, exposed dry wall corners, showers that barely work and glass doors that were impossible to open and close. Besides - the smell was horrible!! I guess they were using some air freshener to mask the smell and it was bad. Smelled like Indian spices and some cheap perfume. Really bad. The parking lot smelled like poop … the pictures are very deceiving , it’s not that nice at all. Definitely not my level and I do not recommend this place! Find something else , otherwise you gonna smell like a curry looking and half ass job that construction workers didn’t finish

The property was very well kept, the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was OK, being able to make waffles probably the best part. This is a great spot to stop if traveling you need a reasonably priced overnight stay.

First room we were put in smelled like animal urine with Fabuloso cleaned on top of it. We requested a new room and they moved us immediately. The second room was very clean and not a strong cleaner smell.

The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The property was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast area was very clean and offered nice continental options. Stayed for a quick sleep and would stay again when in the area.

We understand and appreciate the connection between the bug-free property status and restricting the buffet to the dining area and we hope that the property will consider Grab and Go options for people whose business days begin before breakfast hours. Even if Grab and Go remains unavailable, however, the rooms' microwave and dorm-sized refrigerator still make breakfast doable for earlier risers.

Clean, great hotel for a one night stay. They did not allow breakfast food in the room, some things could use maintenance (shower door broken) but overall great.

The place was very clean, The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our go to when we’re in Savannah. Parking fills up quick at night. But always an overall great experience.

Good value for price. Slight strong smell when first entered room, but after running the AC it went away. I’m also very sensitive to smells so could just be me. Aside from that the bed was comfortable, breakfast options were great, check-in was smooth and in a good location. The hotel owner/attendant was very friendly!

Staff very professional, very sweet. Breakfast waffles truly delicious. This was a comfortable bed to sleep in.

The staff was nice and friendly. There was a hair in my sheets and in 2 of the towels and a washcloths. The bathrooms could stand a renovation with clean finishing touches.

Everything is bad. Ac in the room wasn’t secured and i cut my fingers. Bad bathroom, scratches, rust everywhere, bad smell on the second floor. I used Sonesta before in other cities many times. This place is junk. Rating should be around 4.5-5., not 8+. Bad breakfast.

Staff was very pleasant. Was very courteous when I had to call him and give updates on our arrival time . Had our 3 rooms ready for us. Breakfast was not the best. But the stay at this property was an overall great experience. Glad I chose this location and would be a place we would come back to if we were in the area. Thank you for making the first leg of our family vacation a good start for the 9.of us.
