Best Western Plus Savannah Gateway

Arrived at 1:00 am and checked in... Asked for a first floor. Was given Room 101.... Walked in and the AC was making a loud noise, Roaches on the sink and the room smelled like Mildew.. Which I am allergic.... Went to the Front Desk and asked for another room... Was given keys to Room 102. AC was better but a bit noisy, Smelled like mildew. Toilet had a urine drop, floor was not swept. I had to clean the toilet, bring some. air freshners I had in the car in order to sleep (hardly) sleep. Bad experience overall. I never give reviews but this was beyond awful.

Room was spacious but the computer chair was worn and one of the benches af breakfast was worn Judy expected better Tv and bed were nice as well as the a/c

Helpful staff, clean room easy parking and good location

Not clean, horrible mold smell. Window overlooked gross, out-of-order pool with weeds growing in cracks of pavement.

The first room we got had a cockroach in it on the counter. We went and told the staff and they gave us another room that smelled musty. Staff was decent but will most likely not stay here again.

Le sofa lit … semblait pas propre. C’est vraiment de base cette hôtel. Pour un Best Western plus.. il n’a rien de plus. Pas comme à Montréal !!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly, room was clean and very spacious. My only issue was the AC unit. It was extremely loud but I didn’t turn it off because I do enjoy a cold room.

I thought that this would be a good place to stop for the night on our way to Florida. But the whole place smelt like mildew, we found mold in several spots in our room, and bugs as well! Never again

I wish they would have had a pool or a hot tub other than that it was great maybe next time I will visit hopefully the pool will be fixed or at least a hot tub

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Savannah Gateway for one night. The hotel was clean, quiet, and peaceful, which made it a comfortable stop during our journey. The breakfast was fine and provided a satisfactory start to the day. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient overnight stay.
