Quick visit to Savannah and I can always depend on Embassy Suites to provide a comfortable stay free from headaches.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. My room was clean and great breakfast. The location of this hotel is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

It was around the corner from the Outlets and restaurants. And 5 minutes from where we was going. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. This is a hotel that I will come back too.

Great customer service.

I liked everything at the hotel. What i didn't like was I asked booking.com to add a day for me well they said no one answered there call. When I got to the helitel a day ahead of time and addressed this issue they said they got no messages from booking.com. The hotel had many rooms available so not sure what booking.com issue was not adding another night. ("Sad deal on booking.com side") Not sure i will ever use booking.com again

Beds were comfortable

Close to everything! Hallways smelled a little, beds were a little hard

The lobby was clean and had a nicely designed open space. We were extremely pleased with our room. I am glad I opted to pay the little extra to upgrade to a 2 room king suite. It was clean, the bed was firm but very comfortable, my husband and I both slept well. The layout was perfect given my husband is up and down during the night and the layout allowed him to be up without disturbing me. The only issue we observed was on our floor (5th) the hallway had a very off smell (mildew/musty). Fortunately the smell was only in the hall and was not in our room.

The cleanliness of the room didn't meet expectations. There were party decorations beside and underneath the bed that had been left behind by previous guests and had not been cleaned up or removed. Additionally, the headboards above the beds were very dusty. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was also very good. I would stay here again and hope that the room cleanliness will improve in the future.

The hallways smelled muggy, and not updated Will not recommend this hotel if you traveling with family .

THE STAFF WAS NICE BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY INVOICE VIA EMAIL AS I WAS TOLD BY STAFF UPON CHECK OUT THE HOTEL WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM EMBASSY SUITES ACCORDING TO MY PREVIOUS STAYS AT THE HOTEL CHAIN. THE HOTEL SMELL UPON ENTERING & THE ROOM WAS HORRIBLE WITH BURSTED WALLS & SCRATCHES. MOLD AROUND THE SHOWER & UNCLEAN AROUND THE BEDROOM COVERS ON THE FLOOR. JUST TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED ON MY HONEYMOON STAY.
