My Place Hotel-Savannah Airport-Pooler

I got a room where the door wouldn’t latch/close, so my partner and I went to tell the lovely woman working at the front and she gave us a new room! The place was pretty clean inside the only thing I can say I had a negative experience with was the bathtub wouldn’t drain properly it took a while, so when you’d shower the water would go above your feet (note*the water wasn’t dirty when it wouldn’t drain) but other than that it was a pretty good stay! I recommend having an employee go and check to see if people are smoking inside the rooms it did smell of smoke outside towards others rooms but I didn’t look at the smoking rules!

Avoid this terrible hotel and greedy staff at all costs

Hair on the floor and bedding sheets and towels. Room had a strong wet/old smell which I later found to be the bathroom shower curtains.....I just used my own bedding and towels that bought..staff was very helpful that made up for the smell.

The room was great, but the bathroom was large, great layout and had good lighting. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

When we got to our room the door was propped open and someone else was in it. Then at 7:00am the fire alarm went off and as we were running down the stairs to get out the worker said false alarm.

Dead pometto bugs in hallways and staircase. A spider fell in my wife's hair in bed.And we found a dead pometto bug in the bathroom. The 2 of the 4 main lights were out and when come playing to the manager, she just blew it off and quick to throw her staff under the bus instead of taking ownership or responsibility. So I checked out two days early and did not get refunded for the two days that did not stay

I will stay there again if I am in the Savannah area.

It was very clean the the staff was not friendly or helpful, when I made the reservation I ask about airport shuttle they said yes when I ask the front staff she said no I ask for a wakeup call they didn't call me

Room was decent Entire hotel freaked of cigarettes and was so so so so so incredibly dirty. Beer cans left I. The hallway and doors open with loud music playing.

It was ok. Had a bad mildew smell. The receptionist was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed to have to check us in.

First time staying at this hotel it was inexpensive, clean and great since we had animals with us

The traffic at the exit was terrible and didn’t feel super safe
