This is NOT a spa & resort! The spa is a mile away! It’s a hotel with an external restaurant. The only positive is the view of the falls on the Esopus river. At best, it’s a wedding venue with a continental breakfast on par with a cheap motel. You also can’t use the balconies, because of an infestation of the spotted lantern bugs.

Terrible beds. Tiny area for a mediocre continental breakfast Was not told ahead that kids 18 and under not allowed at spa, which is actually offsite. View was beautiful and room was nice.

This was a gem to find! We travel to the area a lot for Collegiate League baseball during the summer. This is a beautiful place and very conveniently located to downtown and walking to food. Please is very nice and upgraded.

My daughter and her friend went to Hudson in order to help my wife's mother at an elderly facility. It was a big deal and extremely stressful. After a long trip from Texas and extended time to right a wrong, I looked for some place for them to stay rather than driving back to the city. I had hoped that this place would be the reprieve they deserved and needed. They sent us amazing pictures and couldn't stop talking about the staff, chef, view, and ambiance of this place. The only thing I can say is that I am extremely thankful for the way this hotel allowed me to say thank you to my daughter and her friend for what they did.

The staff was either incompetent or rude. No one to help with bags. After asking to have the room cleaned and being told it would be cleaned in a few minutes; it still had not been cleaned 2and a half hours later. No full length mirrors anywhere. The safe was unreachable if you were short. Some of my friends rooms did not have hot water. My friend had a mani/pedi appointment. They took her 40 minutes late. She could only have one service. Wish I had saved the money and stayed at the Marriott.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this resort. We enjoyed the room, the view, the comfort, the restaurant, and even walking through the nice town of Saugreties NY.

Clean room and pretty big! Spa services were filled up and didn’t leave opening for guests. Breakfast was OK- boxed cereal, oatmeal, packaged bagel and fruit

The Shower did not have hot water and many discussions with manager and front desk- they finally opened another room so we could all go back and forth for a shower. Lucky it was vacant!!!! for the money we spent i would not expect this. This was an inconvenience and no apology at all!!! The reception people were very weird. Gossiping and complaining to each other. They did not seem to know anything about the town or what was open or good No mood at all no music at reception and TV was turned off. We turned it on at breakfast and when we left she turned it off. I stocked up spoons and our coffee PODS out for breakfast staff did not bother. The lookout viewing platform. No removal of snow and very dangerous for guest to walk. Just very low care at this resort seemed neglected and poorly managed. Fireplaces do not work on any floor they had no idea how to turn them on. I would not recommend spending over $350 a night. Not even a chair to sit on in the room we stood or sat on edge of bed Also, the spare shower we used water was bursting form the wall pipe and the lights were hanging off the wall. This place has no soul and was a horrible and dead experience. Still awaiting the managers call. Completely ignored us!

Good place. We went to there with 96 years grandma. We saw sun at room in the early morning. It was nice view ever.
