Wonderful staff and clean rooms. The pool was smaller than we pictured online and it was cold.

I truly appreciate you accommodating my request for a fragrance free room. The housekeeping staff was able to clean the room without fragrances, which are a big allergen for me, thank you! My son missed the pancake maker as it was out of order.

Great stay. I just didn’t like the pillows. They’re all deflated. Bring your own pillows.

Coffee and pastries good. Front desk assistant's (2) excellent. Assistance w local area directions excellent. Very friendly and pleasant demeanor. Mattresses. Breakfast eggs inedible overcooked, bagels stale, water not hot enough for tea. No tv guide to watch a show in an unfamiliar area

I cancelled a stay due to a medical emergency and they charged me $400.

One night stop over heading South. It was clean, comfortable, and given it's roadside location it was quiet and we couldn't hear the traffic. Small indoor pool which my children appreciated. Good diner across the road for an easy dinner. Breakfast was basic, but tasted good and wasn't busy. A good option for a quick stopover. Can't think of anything
