I called the hotel at 12 to see if we could get early check in (check in at 4) he said he couldn't let me know at that moment check in with the desk so they can help. Got to the hotel at 130 (yes I know early but I have never had an issue checking in early ) and was told too wasn't ready it would probably be ready before check in and they would call. Left went around to see where the stadium was are some food came back at 2 waited in the lobby. Checked back at 3 he said room was cleaned needed to be checked should be about 30 min. Checked back at 340 still wasn't available. Mind you at this point the lobby was packing with people whose room wasn't ready either. Got a call at 409 to dowsize to a king 1 bed room. We had 4 people What we paid for was got a 1 king bedroom suite with queen sofa pull out couch bed. I said no we all can't fit. I req to speak with a manager because this was crazy. Spoke to the front desk at 425 we got our key and free parking ($20) we had to check in for our concert at 445 for VIP entry had 15 min to get ready and leave. I felt bad for staff but horrible that our room wasn't ready and they couldn't be honest from the gate. Beautiful hotel tho

I asked whether we could receive any type of compensation for the excessive wait and inconvenience, but nothing was offered. I understand that the hotel was busy because of the concert, but management should have been better prepared. Guests should not be left waiting indefinitely after traveling such a long distance, especially when check-in information has already been provided. Although the hotel was very nice, the poor communication and lack of concern for our time made the experience very disappointing.

Although it was only for one night, we all had a super great experience. Breakfast was delicious— we all enjoyed ourselves and will be heading back here the next time we need another getaway

Would stay here again. Very clean. Nice rooms.

This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at so far! Only down side is that they say 4:00pm check in but our room wasn’t ready until closer to 5pm. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here!
