Marina Beach Hotel

Hotel very well located just a couple blocks from the beach and a relatively easy walk to downtown. Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location and nice room

The motel was a lovely place to stay. Well maintained, friendly staff, and the location can’t be beat. The inclusion of breakfast was a plus, and a great way to start the day mingling with other guests and the staff. I highly recommended the Marina Beach Hotel. That said, the nightly rates increase significantly on weekends. It would make the overall experience more agreeable if the room rates were more consistent throughout the week, especially since the accommodations themselves don’t change. It’s hard not to wonder why the same room costs considerably more simply because it’s a weekend.

We've stayed at this property before and like it because it's a couple of blocks from the beach, 5 minutes to Stearns Wharf and State Street and Good value for the money . You can tell that the owners and staff take pride with keeping things up to date and running smoothly. I highly recommend

Marina Beach Motel is a charming find with a close half mile walk to the Funk Zone and a block from the beach. Room was clean and had smart storage for luggage. Additionally, had useful hooks throughout the bathroom. The staff is attentive and prompt. We really enjoyed our stay. We will return.

Perfect location, friendly staff, breakfast was causal but perfectly fine

Lovely hotel with wonderful, friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back. One constructive feedback would be more counter space (especially in bathroom) would be even better.

Location Breakfast

We loved the location. Check-in was a bit struggle but we got the type of the room we pre-paid at the end. The shower pressure was low and it was hard to wash my long hair, WiFi was extremely slow. I was able to receive emails and that was it. Glad it was for one night stay.

This place is a hidden gem so close to the beach in Santa Barbara. We are a family of five and it’s hard to find a place that’s comfortable for all of us to stay together with great amenities, space and location!

Room was renovated but small. These are renovated motel rooms which we didn’t love that layout but the majority of the accommodations in SB are Inns or Motels. Staff were nice and helpful. Pool is at the motel next door. Bikes are a lil run down, Breakfast was nice…they partner with local bakery shops and provide delicious pastries and bagels. The coffee was smooth and tasty. They have dairy free creamer…just ask for it. Overall, it worked for the night, but I wouldn’t stay there for a longer stay.
