Brisas del Mar, Inn at the Beach

Nice hotel close to the beach and wharf. Upgrade to a king suite was nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

The room was large and comfortable. Large shower and bathroom. Kitchenette perfect for the traveler who uses it. Greatful for the bottle of Brut in the fridge when we arrived. Comfortable bed. Quiet and close to everything. Great coffee and pastries in the morning.

There wasn't much that we liked. The room was clean. The outside of the complex is dirty, needs a good power wash. The steps, walkways and fencing has chipped paint, The flowers in the pool area are fake, plastic, cheap. The "gym" is a postage stamp. The buildings are on multiple levels that make getting to and from your room to your car requires going up or down various stairs, not easy for seniors. The rooms have chipped furniture, ceiling fans from the 80's, and a bed that broke my back.

A charming old place perfectly located. Nice pool and spa. Not fancy, but well appointed, tidy, friendly and fun.

Great location with nice breakfast. Bikes available at no cost to ride along the marina and into town.

Quiet and access to every thing

Everything was perfect so clean and organized. Staff was friendly. Got a little VIP champagne. Great location with a swimming pool for the young ones recommended highly

The front desk staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the room felt a little dated, and the mattress was not very comfortable.

From the moment we arrived, Heather greeted us warmly and made us feel so special. She let us know we were VIP guests, and when we arrived in our room, there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us—which was such a lovely touch! We loved it so much that we actually went back later and purchased two more bottles. Mickey was incredible as well. He went above and beyond, giving us a full itinerary with recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. He even went into storage himself to pull the two additional bottles of wine for us. That level of personal service truly made the experience memorable. The hotel also had a wonderful little happy hour with cheese, crackers, sangria, and wine. We enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for the warm weather, and relaxed in the hot tub before heading out to dinner at Brophy’s. Overall, this was such an incredible experience. The hotel is charming, intimate, and conveniently located near the main street and so many great local restaurants. Exceptional

This hotel is not at the beach, not even close to the beach! The pictures on-line are very deceiving. Most of the rooms overlook the parking lot. Very disappointed.

Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The daily breakfast was simple, healthy, and included good coffee. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the waterfront and State Street.

Comfortable, clean, walking distance to everything. Will stay again!

Great property and center of everything. Short walks to the main areas if you enjoy walking. The front desk clerks were terrific! I used the complimentary bikes and enjoyed the happy hour and free parking! I'll be back!

Very nice staff

My only real annoyance was that there is no fan in the bathroom of the King room. I have ultra long hair so having to blow dry and get sweaty after a shower was not great. On the plus side though, the rooms have hair dryers for you to use. Also, I loved the pool/sundeck. Very cozy and relaxing. Would stay again because you just can’t beat the price and the staff
