Room and hotel was clean. Staff, especially Don was awesome. His smile and personality would make me want to stay there if I came back through. I had a bad experience in a prior super 8 but this experience made up for it.

6 min drive to Cedar Point Park. There were cookies, popcorn and sodas nightly 7p-9p The pool was open til 11pm An inexpensive place to stay if going to Cedar Point park daily. Highly recommend

We were approached in the parking lot from someone who was asking for money. Floors were dirty in room. Took us an hour to figure out the TV. The best part was the employee in the breakfast area. She was amazing.

The proximity to Cedar Point was the main factor in booking the room, but we enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast. The property is older, but some upgrades were made to the rooms and it was overall a very good experience. The staff was helpful, and Rhonda, the employee in charge of the breakfast area, was absolutely wonderful. We will certainly consider staying here again on future trips to Cedar Point.

Best hotel experience in Sandusky yet. The breakfast attendant was so cheerful and attentive, and the made to order pancakes were delicious. Each night they had fresh popcorn and pop and hot baked cookies and milk for a nighttime snack. The outdoor pool was clean and room was everything you’d expect. Location was so convenient for visiting Cedar Point, less than a 5 minute drive to being there!

The woman who ran breakfast was so nice! She had an AMAZING attitude and worked really hard to meet the needs of the hotel guests. Bathroom floor was not very clean. Could really use a steam cleaning. The tile was not cracked or anything just needs a good deep clean.

Super 8 in Sandusky has always been one of my go to hotels due to friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and the nice warm cookies during the summer months in the evenings. That’s a nice little touch!

From Don at check in to the ladies at the front desk during checkout as well as the breakfast lady, I cannot say enough good things. I’ve stayed at 7 hotels since may in this area and I will continue to be back to this one. Customer service here is absolutely amazing and the rooms are clean and close to Cedar Point
