we were surprised by the sauna that was in the room, but never got it to work properly. Breakfast had enough choices, but eggs tasted bland. but plenty of choices of cereals and bagels. we wish the few food items available to purchase had included bottled water and a few choices of frozen meals to heat up in microwave. Pool we thought was heated, but was too cold to enjoy. All in all, our stay was pleasant. THAQNK YOU.

Clean and spacious room. Very close to Cedar Point and alot of shopping and restaurant choices

We were there for 3 nights. Despite letting them know to clean the room, they did not and nobody was apologetic about it

Staff was very friendly, room was mostly updated, towels were very good! Housekeeping was less than adequate, otherwise, great value! Breakfast bar was super busy, but well appointed!!!!

Having stayed here in the past it was not the same experience. In the 4 days we were there our room did not get cleaned or towels replenished even after checking with the front desk. Breakfast is very crowded and lacking seating with items running out frequently.

Breakfast was limited and often due to high traffic had food or items it ran out of. I did love that it ran longer till 10a than other breakfast times.

Clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was pretty good except for the stale cereal, and they could use some nonstick spray for the waffle maker. Beds were pretty saggy in the middle so maybe not too comfortable for couples, but it wasn't too bad. Altogether good experience.

Everything was amazing, the pool area was beyond wonderful, with all the space to sit, eat swim and sit around the firepit.. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone especially if you’re traveling with children/ young people!!!! We felt very safe and appreciated the staff with all their help in scheduling our stay, and the breakfast was awesome.. Plenty to eat and didn’t have to wait on anything, very nice and accommodating 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
