I love the location of this hotel. The staff is incredibly nice and there are low(er) cost parking options (than what the hotel offers) within very short distances. The lobby is on the 3rd floor which is a bit different, but the rooms are extremely quiet — which in San Francisco is a real treat. Almost no street noise + blackout curtains = a gift! I stay there frequently and highly recommend. There is a daily destination fee, but $20 of that can be credited back to you if you order from their bar, restaurant, or gift shop the catch is to pay via a room charge. There is also a free daily happy hour drink, and a good gym for when you’re ready to work it off ;)

I stayed in a "Studio Suite, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed" and it was very spacious with a decent view (5th floor corner above the valet area). The oversized bathroom and closet area was definitely some favorite features for me. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also ate at the Level III restaurant and had the best burger! The fresh sourdough was also amazing. The location was perfect for me as there was a lot of local dining options available as well for the other days of my stay. I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything while I was away from home!

Very friendly/accommodating staff. Property is in walking distance for shopping and the room service was pretty good (especially the breakfast).

This hotel was in the best location, it was clean, they have breakfast but there are many other places around you could have breakfast. There are lots of shops, restaurants you could reach by walk. I loved it.

Nice location and it was quiet from the outside. However, the atrium is really loud. As the rooms are off the balcony you can hear the commotion in the bar and restaurant downstairs while you are in your room. Friday and Saturday night was very rowdy and it made it hard to get to sleep

Close approximately to the bay.

Nickeled and dimed over the rip off DESTINATION FEE which you are forced to pay whether you use the credits or not. I was charged 38,00 for "credits" for food/beverage etc and if I did not use them, I still had to pay the entire amount. You get "credited" for the money you already spent if you use them. GREED like this should be punished. I will never stay at this chain again and will tell everyone about this rip off. Taking advantage of people should be criminal.

Our room was spacious, clean, and the beds very comfortable. I particularly love the bathroom because of the walk in shower with glass door. It's very spacious and beautiful all around. It's walking distance to the cable car and metro. I purchased a clipper card at Walgreens so I can use it for the cable car and metro. There is a Walgreens a block away. I highly recommend this hotel.
