Convenient location. Spacious, well decorated room with a view. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Friendly and helpful staff.

A clean room in an excellent location. Staff had some nice recommendations for myself and other guests. The building is an old one, and some of that shows in comparison with more modern properties, but overall for the location and cost, this was a great place.

The outlets in the room did not work if the lights were off. When I booked the room, Expedia noted a fitness center nearby, however hotel staff said there was not one. Aside from those 2 things, it was a very pleasant stay

Great central located hotel. Parking is $40 per day so I highly recommend to arrive with the car to the front of the hotel and park there for about 15 minutes which is allowed by the hotel. check-in, unload your luggage and bring it up to the room. Go back to your car and start driving around and using the car before you park it for the duration of your stay. Go see and drive down Lombard street, go to the Golden Bridge Park, drive up to the telegraph hill, drive down to the fishermen word and only then, late afternoon park the car and leave it until you leave San Francisco. The hotel staff were very nice, it was a hot summer day and management sent us to the room a portable AC which was great. Highly recommend the hotel for people who wish to be in the center of it all and love to walk.

This stay exceeded expectations. The location is great as were the accommodations. Thanks to Antonio for providing a very spacious and comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable. The building is old but very clean and updated thoughtfully.

The location is ideal as it is in the heart of the City. Rooms are clean. The night staff is friendly. Complimentary breakfast is good just make sure to get there early. Will definitely go back there again.

The rooms were spacious. Some parts of the bathroom need some tlc. There is no breakfast space to seat. Some of the stuff could be more helpful. Good location!

The receptionist, Esly was so helpful. I had an issue with a Viator reservation and she went out of her way to get the issue resolved. Great stay with fabulous staff Intewvel often and Ineas impressed with Inn @ Union Square all the way around

The hotel is small and centrally located. Tiny lobby and very limited amenities. However, our suite was larger and nicer than expected. Overall, a great choice for us.

This was an amazing, quaint hotel for the price. Right at Union Square, nice quick breakfast option (not for those who want bacon and eggs) the staff was super helpful, rooms very nicely remodeled.

Nice location for sure near Union Square. Older property in decent shape for the money. Free breakfast is on par with like a low budget Motel 6, so not good. Small-ish room as expected for downtown SF.

Excellent location near Union Square. The room was clean, comfortable, and charming, making it a great choice for a short stay in San Francisco. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Antonio at the front desk especially stood out. He was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. His excellent hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but everything else was really good! Room was clean, staff were nice, and we had a great time!
