The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. However there were some points I would like to mention. First, the neighbourhood is full of homeless people. Second the AC in the unit is noisy and I had to turn it off during my stay. Third, there is no safety box in the room.

Amazing customer service and beautiful property. This was a business trip and the hotel was in a perfect location. Will return again when visiting San Francisco.

An excellent hotel. We have stayed at other hotels in the Union Square area, and I can say that this one is the best in its price range. Unfortunately, there is no parking, as is the case with most hotels in San Francisco. The staff is very friendly.

Protesters in front of the hotel for 5 days. Making so much noise, banging, clanging, in the loud speaker chanting about PTO. No apologies from the staff, they just dismiss it, when mentioned.

Location was good The bathroom, I did not like the bathroom set up. The bathroom door would not open all the way, cause it hits the toilet.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are small, but to be expected. They do not have conditioner for your hair, so if that is something you need bring your own.

The hotel was not to my standards, as walking in to the lobby there was a protest outside so I cancelled my reservation and had to find another hotel

Didn’t like it at all ….. photos and descriptions are misleading Location, facilities, not even water offered in the rooms , after flying 17 hours from dubai service was completely unprofessional
