DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego - Del Mar

The staff were very considerate and helpful. We loved the grounds and sitting by the pool. The breakfast was delicious and filling. This hotel is a gem!

The only thing. A lot of construction early in the morning. The noise was very disturbing.

Everything was great. Our room was nice and the staff were great. They had an art show and live music in the bar. I would definitely stay here agsin.

Hotel staff was always helpful especially the server Victor from the Mosaic restaurant. He is very kind and friendly and made our experience that much better.

I go to San Diego for work about 5 or 6 times a year and I always stay at this hotel. I have no notes, it's perfect. Wonderful staff, clean and fresh rooms. Really comfortable beds. It's fantastic. Highly recommend.

The only reason I am leaving such a horrible review is we basically had NO air conditioning. The maintenance man even came and still. We sweat all night and did not sleep. If not for that I would have loved this hotel but for me that was a torturous deal breaker

The beds were poor condition. We requested new mattress and none were provided. When we laid or sat in mattress we sunk in. Really bad for our backs. Bathroom shower was clogged and had to request repair. Bathroom was not very clean.

Fast check in and check out. Staff was very friendly

Buffet breakfast was too pricey for the same food that other Hotels offer for free. Took the shower 5 minutes to get hot water. Parking is ridiculously expensive.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was understaffed to the point there was no room service or pool bar/food as advertised, and there was a parking fee, but no spots unless you trekked to a third floor parking garage - typically would be more of a valet situation. The staff DID adjust our parking fee being that there were no spots to park. :) Friendly and quiet overall. Easily accessible to Coronado or Del Mar north.

We ate dinner at the Hotel each night. Loved the food and selection of wines. Outdoor dining with gray music the last night. The staff was very friendly. Most especially our server Victor who was professional and took wonderful care of us!
