That being said, the hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are modern and clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the Parlor Bistro has really good food. One thing to note, is that I booked a King Suite with a pullout sofa bed on Expedia. That room type does not exist. When I got to the hotel they had a reservation for a single king size bed for the four of us. Fortunately the staff was able to shuffle some things around and put us into a room with two queen beds (and a balcony!). We're very grateful they were able to accommodate us despite Expedia's mix-up.

The hotel was clean and the room was very cool and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. We were very comfortable and I feel the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.

Our newly renovated room was fantastic and we enjoyed the balcony! I also really liked having a bath robe and luxurious shower products. The location near the canal walk was also nice for my dogs. Staff were friendly!

My favorite place to stay in Richmond. Nice staff. Convenient location. Ample room size.

Sofa was facing the bed and TV was on side wall couldn’t view from bed and had to move sofa to watch. No tv guide for channels. Rebuilding rooms snd blame was on construction crew and Xfinity. Room wasn’t cleaned, trash not picked up no clean towels. We were told the next day you have to request a clean room, and towels a day in advance. We weren’t told till the next day. Not a Hilton standard of hotel.

Great front desk staff. Room was big, quiet, clean.

We did not get the room we reserved 1 1/2 months earlier. They said because I reserved thru a third party they did not hold our room. Plus the room they gave us had only 2 regular beds and no sitting furniture. I had reserved a deluxe King. They offered a partial refund but did not follow through.

They seem to be working on an in-hotel bistro. That would complement an otherwise very good hotel.

Lovely room, quiet, in heart of a good restaurant area

A nicely remodeled space, the rooms were larger than expeced adn everything was clean. Only a few issues that made this stay not your typical Hilton stay. There

Nice room! Comfortable bed. Large, clean bathroom. Not much of a lobby. No bar/ restau. I found the heating system noisy. I tried to lower the fan, thinking maybe that would make it quieter, but couldn’t figure out how.

We cycled in and the room was excellent. Sadly the door man did not hold the door open when we arrived or departed with our bicycles and the receptionist did not have a professional response when I rung the bell to find her. However, another receptionist was friendly, and the location was excellent, so I would stay here again. (4 stars)
