The room was clean and spacious with air conditioning. Self check in and the parking was convenient. Towels are provided but bring shampoo and all that though cause they only give a small bottle and a bar of soap.
-
I was disappointed that we had to supply our own Kleenex. There were none in the room and we were told that is something that you do not supply.
-
Room door is extremely loud when closing. Door slams very hard when closing. Kept being woken up early morning by the room doors.

Cleaning staff did not come in during our week stay. We took out our trash to dumpster, made our bed etc. You can exchange towels, sheets and get TP at front desk. I will stay again. It was very safe and clean. Staff was friendly.

It's a place with minimal interaction with the staff. House keeping once every two weeks. Not sure if it was intentional or just missed by the staff so found no soap or shampoo in the room. Not a big deal. I always carry soap in my bag. Last two days of my stay they ran out of coffee.

Booked a last minute stay. The hotel is newer, so rooms were updated. Nice to have a carpet-less room and a kitchen. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Issues were the lack of a tissue box, hairdryer and full-length mirror in the room. The bathroom only had shampoo and towels, so I had to return to the lobby to ask for soap. I forgot to ask about lotion, so I'm not sure if they do or do not usually provide that. Also, the room had a constant hum from a fan or a small motor, but I turned off the A/C and the hum continued so not sure what the source was. However, the white noise helped drown out the road noise. The location is behind Top Golf and has plenty of parking and is conveniently near the Landing with lots of shops & restaurants. If the price was right, I would stay here again based on cleanliness and convenience.

Stayed here when I had an early morning work assignment in the Renton area. Nice convenient rooms with nice amenities.

Clean, plenty of parking, quiet, friendly staff

This place is a step above camping.... I thought it was more like a residence inn... But it seems you have to bring your own pots or buy their cheap plastic ones for thirty dollars.... There are no paper products other than toilet paper and not even soap to hand wash a dish.... The dishwasher never worked. It ran for 8 minutes. I tried every different cycle .... the front desk people were befuddled at best... I asked the clerk who checked us in if we could have a quiet room and he said, " this place is terrible... the walls are thin so you can hear everything..." He told the truth! We are school teachers who rarely take the time to write reviews... so if you stay here, just know what you are getting or.....rather NOT getting...

It's a nice location, staff was friendly, but the Wi-Fi was terrible and shower had very low water pressure. I wasn't a big fan of the digital stove either.
-
relatively new building and room was clean. The auto checkin system didn't work well but a front staff helped us to check in. overall, we had a good stay.

My go to place when staying in the Seattle area.

I have not stayed at livaway until this week and not quite sure about this hotel. Check in was interesting since it had outside kiosk, but it worked. Some sort of liquid splashed on the main door and looked like it was there for some time. The room was actually good with the exception of bed frame which was not as shown in photos. It was just a metal platform and super noise. Price was 1/2 of the Marriott I typically stay when in Seattle so that makes it enticing.

Clean rooms comfy beds love the location
-
There was practically no staff at the front counter late at night
-
Everything about the room was great. Instead of having a coffee maker in the room, there was one in the lobby during morning hours, a slight inconvenience. Location was great with many restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

Todo estuvo muy excelente buenas ubicado y buen precio por noche
-
The location was great, the room was very clean. The fact there was no iron, hairdryer, there was only one small bar of soap and small shampoo. There was one towel in the kitchen no paper towels or napkins. No coffee pot, or coffee in the room........

New, clean. Very helpful staff. Coffee vendor could be improved. Supplies of creamer and milk in the machine were inconsistent.
