Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport

All good. Not much around but perfect for what I needed.

We were not able to sleep due to a hyperactive motion sensor in the room that turned all the lights on every hour and a half in the middle of the night. The upsetting part was staff's attitude about the situation, not sympathetic at all and very defensive about the dilemma.

Gage in the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and helpful. We spent one night and expected better for the money we spent. Our 2 queen sized beds felt like they needed an upgrade/replaced and too worned down but appreciated the beds, pillows and sheets were clean. Also, our room was poorly lighted even with all the lights on unless you have your window opened. They need to have brighter lighting for night time. Too dark. The bathroom's main usage areas were clean. Our couch also needed an uprade and had stains on it. We did appreciate the staff and free complimentary coffee from 6:00 am to 8:00 am.

This property needs to be able to accommodate all customers who are staying at the hotel. We don't want to pay a large sum of money for the room and then have to drive a few blocks away for parking. Very inconvenient for your paying customers.

Exceptional

Jordan even went and got our group a new Propane Tank so my 3 year old grand daughter could finish her S’more Our group was externally impressed with her customer service especially in her position. Jordan didn’t give up her title willingly we had to ask.

Staff all friendly. Great location and room. Very comfortable and good food options Brilliant place to stay to recover from flight UK to Seattle. Some noise from outside. Windows could have been cleaner on outside

The hotel is in a wonderful location. So many amenities. Great restaurants. Fun lake activities, walkable park adjacent to property. Comfy beds. I would ask to stay on the opposite side of hotel from the Boeing building, as it was a bit noisy in the morning.

Property was nice, but they didn’t give me the room i booked for. I booked the room with lake view 2 months in advance. But they gave me the regular room. Kids were upset and ruin our Seafair weekend. Manager was blaming the staff scheduler who assign rooms for everyone. Lame excuse!!!

This place was ok minus a really upsetting experience at the dock cafe. We were treated extremely poorly by a server. The hotel was ok other then that. I wouldnt go back as it was extremely expensive for the room and what we received.

Great for family or solo...Reserve room with lake view. Solid restaurants, gym. You never have to leave.

Awesome sporn

This hotel was the perfect final stop on our 9-day vacation! It was spacious, well laid out, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had views to the garden, and some to the lake. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We also enjoyed the amenities and dining along the lakeside. Great stay!

I love this place so much!

The hotel itself was spotless. Our room was exceptionally clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure with plenty of hot water. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities here. The amenities were amazing, and there was something for everyone in our family. Our kids absolutely loved the hotel and had so much fun throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the complimentary perks and activities offered to guests—it really made us feel appreciated. One of our favorite memories was gathering around the fire to make s’mores, which was such a fun experience for the whole family. Beyond the hotel, there was so much to see and do in the surrounding area, so we were never short on activities. The lake offered breathtaking views and provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the outstanding amenities, beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and family-friendly atmosphere, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I booked lake view room, but when I checked in the room my room was behind 2 buildings on each side and only partial lake view. If I knew that was the case I would just book a different room it would been much cheaper.
