Do NOT stay here! They advertise FREE pet stays, then secretly charge you $20/night per animal. I was changed more to stay here than a 10/10⭐️ hotel in the area! Completely ripped off. Don’t get me started that there was garbage shoved under the bed from the last year, bathroom light didn’t turn on, door didn’t lock unless you deadbolted it, not a good neighborhood, tv on/off button didn’t work had to switch the surge protector off that ran the fridge and some of the lights to get the tv to shut off. And probably worst of all their “breakfast” is month old bagels and they refuse to put their cream cheese in the fridge. I asked staff why the cream cheese was left out on the counter and they said “it was refrigerated overnight”💀 …. This was 5hrs after breakfast started. Upon opening the cream cheese it was without question, spoiled.

The staff scammed my card to purchase online

Staff very rude

They were not helpful at all, never said sorry once, did not want to negotiate, said we didnt have a room, I showed them my booking and they said no you were canceled. Not one sorry from either of the workers at the desk. They were short with us, rude and we we left, called Expedia to let them know, asked for money back since we were canceled and no warning of it being such. We then proceded to call other hotels, they were booked (of course), we drove to the next rest stop and slept in the rental vehicle. Worst service from hotel clerks I have ever had. No understanding and blaming the computers; not allowing for us to stay in a room that we had booked even though no one was in it at that time. Would not recommend.

The outside of the building was rundown. The entrance was dirty with cigarette buts and a few chicken bones on the stairs. The toilet in my brothers room was constantly running and the clerk at the front desk tried unsuccessfully to repair it himself. After he left saying all was good, my brother fixed it himself. I feel that the staff was trying to run the property on the cheap and didn’t have enough housekeeping. We stayed three days and had to get our own towels and empty our own trash.

No towels or washcloths for the rooms, ask for washcloths and never receive any. Staff stay on phone more than waiting on customers.

After booking the room through Expedia and getting directions on Google my attention was brought to the recent reviews of this hotel where there were pictures showing a bed bug infestation, unsafe premisses due to ongoing construction, poor cleanliness and unhelpful staff. When I arrived at the property I asked to cancel and refund my stay and I was told it would be done and it hasn't. I had to book a different room and now that night cost over $300 for 8 hours of sleep. Neither Expedia or the Days Inn have helped to correct the issue.

Clean room, staff very attentive but overworked, at times there were nobody to be found. Breakfast not so good. Very inferior food too much carbs to offer( bread, bagels, cookies) but no protein.

The best way to describe is shady.

They had one washer and two dryers, one dryer was out of order. The room felt damp and didn’t receive turn up service at all for an entire week. We had a king bed and three pillows, room didn’t have a microwave, kinda felt dirty. Good price though. And the staff was helpful and nice.

The room didn't have a dresser or closet for your clothes ..bathroom door didn't have a door handle couldn't close the door at all...swimming pool was dirty....I had way better breakfast..the lady at the front desk tried to help but, there was not enough stuff to accommodate the guests at the hotel...I guess

We booked this room, not having a lot of service driving through the mountains. When we arrived after driving 12+ hours it was 10 minutes till midnight. The lady at the front desk named Tara was absolutely rude and had already started the audit 10 minutes early saying that we were considered a no-show now and there was nothing she could do and refused to give us a room. No where does it say you have to be there before midnight. while I was on the phone with Expedia, trying to rectify the situation it was now 30 minutes. It was 1230 and she grabbed her bags and left with no words. The most repulsive customer service I have ever experienced. There were multiple fire code violations as well, including the fire alarm going off and them silencing it instead of calling someone to check it.

Not super clean. Was not welcomed when I came in. Waited for 45 minutes to check in and not once did staff acknowledge me or anyone behind me.

This was the most filthy place I had ever stayed. The only reason I stayed was because I had booked a non refundable room online! The front desk was arguing and defensive with customers, the type of customers who came were aggressive and the police were called. The carpets were black with dirt, mud splatters on the wall, filthy lamp shades, bed skirts were covered in black smudges, the bed comforter was stained, bathroom floor dirty but I think the toilet and skink were clean. Bed sheets were clean but I slept in my clothes, and as soon as I woke up I grabbed my bags and left. Don’t stay here!!

Looks like they updated some. But haven't finished. Was ok but had an old feel yet...

Clean hotel and nice friendly staff. Great place to stay and its safe

We were charged $20 for a pet room that we did not request. She would not change it. Probably won't stay there again unless we are refunded!!!

The room and lobby were okay, but sometimes seemed a little janky. I think bare minimum maintenance was done but not much outside of that. I think this is more of a hotel that fits for one night stays as an evening stop for a roadtrip.
