Considering all the amenities the hotel offers, I expected the rooms to be maintained at a much higher standard. With some updating and more attention to cleanliness, this hotel could be a much better experience.

The room was old, noisy, dull, bathroom was dingy with sloppy shower floor. Rm 565 should be condemned until renovated. I would ask if they are putting you in an old room, ,50 years old. Stay elsewhere

The pool was lovely, but that was about the only lovely thing unfortunately. Our room was an upgrade from the lowest economic room and it was pretty shabby. The window was all foggy and gross and there was some trash left under the bed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable but the worst part was how loud it was. This was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I could hear people in rooms all around us, lot of pipes banging, people yelling etc, and a LOT of noise from the road outside. Sounded like motorcycles racing all night. We would not stay here again, honestly it was surprising it was a marriot because usually they are a lot nicer than what we saw here.

The place was beautiful the staff friendly the pool was beautiful just that water was cold. Not heated the ice machines were really far away and the breakfast was overpriced

They wanted $30 for parking. Even though you pay a lot to stay there any guest that’s visits. You also has to pay $30 for parking. You’re not allowed to bring in outside food they think that you’ll buy it from their expensive restaurant. Normally I go there with my Marriott rewards card, but if you don’t have it, they treat you poorly. The bathroom had no vent and had mold in it. The TV had rainbow lines through it. The guy watching the pool was flirting with my teenage daughter. He asked her to push him in the pool. I normally stay there all the time and I don’t think I will again. They just make life difficult for no reason, it’s supposed to be a fun vacation spot.

Stayed with my son to tour colleges in the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle up to Federal Hill was a great service.

When I first booked in person. the women who selected my room stuck me on the 3rd floor when I specifically told her I had a handicap daughter she claimed that’s all she had and was very rude and seemed as if I wasn’t welcomed. when I arrived at the room it was so old and outdated I felt like I was being pranked when they charged me over $300 for room and parking. I immediately went back to the front desk and explained to another gentleman who was there and he kindly got me a room on the first floor that was renovated. So clearly she lied for whatever reason went out her way to make me feel uncomfortable staying there. Thanks

We love the beautiful pool indoors and outdoors…so relaxing and will definitely come back!

the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. the pool was cool and unique with its indoor/ outdoor design. modern day hotels schemes are genuinely a scam. they charge for everything extra and people just have to pay for it bc they have no choice. the vending machines for toiletries/ snacks/ otc medicines. paying $32 a night extra for parking??? lmao it really is like a humiliation ritual bc you are blatantly being taking advantage of. it was overpriced for an otherwise mid-level hotel but the amenities were okay like everything was operating like normal.

The bathroom was not that clean, hair in the shower. Ceilings that need upgrading and all around mid for a Marriott.
-
Amazing pool! Great gym. Overall beautiful and clean.

Expected more regather food. We had breakfast supplied by American Cruise Lines. The bread and bagels were frozen and still defrosting. Expected more from a Marriott.

Exceptional

The hot tub water looked brown, besides that there were many chair lounge hoggers at the pool.
-
Hotel and room were a bit run down. Pool area was crowded and not very clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Wish AquaBar would be open on Mondays.
