I liked they provide breakfast and pizza at the counter. In case you need to find food at night. It’s very convenient. It’s a hostel. So there are many people. Also, the distance to city center is about 40 minutes
-
The view from the room. The location of the Hostel, a little bit to far from the center but still good.
-
My only concern is that they would put rugs for the comfort room and air conditioning in the rooms because it is also hot in the area during the summer season.
-
Very comfortable and good price Super far away from the city, also crowded with teenagers - not a very respectful public towards older guests.
-
Shower head had issues, and if was the 21st floor and the ekevators took forever, the elevator thingy isnt the hotels fault obviously
-
Large common areas and lots of options No A/C made the whole stay miserable
-
Nothing the rooms were extremely hot. There was no AC, and guests kept the windows open, absorbing the heat from the historical 40-degree weather.
-
There were major drawbacks: 1- No cooling facilities (I spent an extremely hot night and we couldn't sleep until morning because of the heat) 2- There were no sanitary facilities such as towels, shampoo, and soap 3- The staff's responsiveness was very cold and indifferent to the problem, they were even aggressive with the guard.

The building was very nice The staff a bit rude and the social bathroom omg really poor….
-
The price, it was affordable The bathroom was moldy, the beds felt like sleeping on rocks and the shower would never maintain it's temperature

Clean Crowded

The lifts are always a bit of a nightmare: from somewhere around the middle of this 21-storey building, it can take many minutes to find a lift to the reception (every lift that passes is either going up and doesn't stop, or going down and already full). The room this time (822) seemed smaller and less comfortable than the rooms where I've stayed previously in this hotel.

As I remembered and my one of the roommates also mentioned we booked female room, but it appeared mixed room. I stayed with some smelly male roommates which was not great experience. Besides, a&o hostels in Germany and Austria are much more clean and considerate than in Prague. After being those places I felt that the facilities which was given should be thrown away, not to give to people, they were dirty with some strange spots on pillows and covers and the sheets doesn’t seemed was properly washed. There were other people’s hair on them. I understand the hostel has very comfortable prices however it doesn’t mean that guests must be okay with staying in this conditions. I am paying what price is given by host and at list there should be right information about the room type and just clean sheets are essential? Check in and out was smooth, the location is good considering the price, there are some markets, green areas and bus stops nearby.

Everything, the beds were comfortable, it was affordable. I tried so many other different places and this is by far the best in everything - security-wise and everything Nothing

elevators and shady guests

The bedding and the room cleanliness was okay. Not for a family stay. Huge groups of school students, football teams - they party, slam doors, scream in the hallways, occupy the elevators by just going in and out all the time. I could not sleep the first night at all, cause they wouldnt get quiet till 4 a.m. behind the wall. Also, noone cleans the common territories. There was a fallen sandwich in the elevator noone removed during my stay, and the hallways on the floor were just really really dirty. The pillows need filling - they are terrible. I stayed at A&O in other countries and it was always a great experience, but Prague surprised me in a bad way.

The property was clean and nice. There was no air conditioning neither any fan in rooms and the rooms were really hot.
-
The price Massive building with only 1 or 2 staff members, overautomated, you have to do everything by yourself

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind, responsible, and went above and beyond to create a comfortable environment for us. A huge plus was their flexibility—when we checked out, they allowed us to store our luggage in their storage room completely free of cost! This is incredibly helpful and a fantastic vibe for travelers. Highly recommended!
