Overall, the hotel was decent, but there were several things that left a bad impression. The woman at the reception wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. I also paid by card in USD, and the final amount charged was about $30 higher than I expected. When I asked about it, she told me it was due to the exchange rate used by the Czech bank. A few hours later, I checked the exchange rate myself and confirmed that I had indeed overpaid by around $30. That was very disappointing and left an unpleasant feeling. The room was also missing some basic amenities. There was no kettle, and the bathroom didn’t provide any shampoo or shower gel. Another inconvenience was that there was only one power outlet next to the bed, and it was already occupied by the bedside lamp, making it impossible to charge a phone without unplugging the lamp. The hotel itself was okay, but these issues significantly affected my overall experience.

Nothing , it’s no cleaning , very old furniture I did not like to stay in this hotel

Worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Bed bugs all over the bed, rooms outdated. For the same price you can book a convenient and clean hotel in central Prague. Save yourself from biting from bed bugs

it was dirty and when i told the receptionists they did nothing

Additionally, there was significant noise disturbance during my stay. A group of around six to seven little boys in a nearby room were playing football in the corridor both early in the morning and late at night. This made it very difficult to rest and relax. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor control of noise levels negatively affected my stay.

Room was quite cold, heating was only moderate. You could hear noises coming from the hall or neighboring rooms.

Not major problems. Bed was comfortable, clean sheets. One of the receptionist (evening) was very rude. She made us run late just because she took 15min to open the door of the parking. I understand she was checking in someone else but it was to press a button and when talked to, she replied in a very rude way. The room was not dirty in the sense that one could see they cleaned it but not as thoroughly as one would expect (we found old bread in one drawer for example)

Staff had loads of information, patient and helpful. Interior upgrade is way overdue.

It is in a good location. 20-25 minutes to the center of the city by bus and Metro. It is well connected. The place is clean. For the price charged, Breakfast could have had more variety. Also there is no lift in the place I stayed. Had to carry my luggage one floor.

- No kettle in the room - You need to wait in front of the parking garage until the reception respond and open the door - you need to go to the reception to get hot water and sometimes receptionist is not friendly - private bathroom has no lock - rooms very close to each other which is noisy

Honestly there wasn’t much to say about the hotel that we felt was great, but to pick something is the garage opposite the hotel When we arrived at about 8/9pm the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The towels were rock solid and small. The mattress was filthy and lined with lots of long hair. Not enough toilet roll given. There was not kettle or complementary drink making facilities (unless you buy their breakfast buffet). The walls were paper thin. Mould and damp in the bathroom mainly above the shower. No coat hangers Seemed like the floors have never seen a fresh laid carpet before across the entire hotel Second night, a huge group of students arrived who were loud right through the night and early hours of the morning which is not great and we know they can not be controlled but, it wasn’t fair to let others guests stay on the same floor. Breakfast was limited and dry.
