My stay was amazing! Everything was well maintained and all information was fully provided by the front desk. 10/10

Good location. Room was nice. Lobby bathrooms were gross and doors falling off not able to be closed properly. Breakfast too expensive. Lots of restaurants nearby, but nothing open on a Saturday with an open kitchen after sporting events. Nightlife non existent except for one bar. Everything you see that seems close by map is actually across the river and that’s a far walk across major bridges.

Clean room, friendly staff, but paid an exclusive hotel price for an average hotel because of a concert. The fact that hotels increase their pricing during special events to make extra money is unacceptable to me.

Only negative was the pool area. Crumbling concrete around the entire pool itself, and considerable amount of black mold on ceiling of pool area.

Great restaurant, portions and staff. Front desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms were dated, even though furniture were updated, walls, ceiling and some finishes did not get the upgrade. Windows visibly needed to be cleaned. Overall good stay, and okay for one night, but most likely won’t stay again.

Even after asking a few times, housekeeping was sparse. Common area bathrooms were poorly maintained. Parking was confusing.
