Etage Executive Living

The building was nice and a great location downtown - close to everything I wanted to visit. There were a few issues - dirty dishes in the dishwasher, used sponge in the kitchen, opened dish soap, TV in bedroom didn’t work, but these things were relatively small in relation to the other areas that worked out well (customer service, staff, gym, etc), I would definitely stay again and if there are other locations I would check them out too.

Room was huge. Converted apartment. Very comfortable stay. The Shower system was broken so only overhead shower head worked. Spa jets did not work. TV was a little tricky to get to work. Had to reboot the system a couple of times. Otherwise very nice getaway. Good location.

Also, plan accordingly when it comes to housekeeping. The bath towels and amenities provided when you arrive are essentially what you get for the stay. There was no towel replacement, bed-making, or regular housekeeping service during our stay. The property may work fine if these things don’t bother you, but for the price and overall experience, I think guests should be made much more aware of these limitations before booking.

beautiful, large 2 bedroom suite on 12th floor. amazing view of the city. close walk to many restaurants. loved our stay and will stay again!

We have stayed here a few times. This time there was a rug missing from living room, one roll of toilet paper, limited kitchen cleaning supplies like paper towels or kitchen towels. The plates were still in the dishwasher from previous stay they were not put away. Lint in the dryer.

The space was beyond clean and open and great view. Had a laundry setvices in room. Full kitchen with dishes and all. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A amazing place over all n it was my second stay, peaceful as can be. I couldn’t of been any happier with my room

We have to stay in all the places we have stayed here in Pittsburgh. This was the absolute best. From the staff to the rooms to our View amazing we even struck up a conversation upon the rooftop come to find out we were speaking with the owner of the building who is amazingly helpful and kind would definitely recommend anyone coming to the area to stay here. Thanks again. We had a great trip.

Clean, convenient and great location.

I don't think that we will stay here again. The staff members weren't overly friendly or helpful. There were maintenance issues throughout our stay. The key cards didn't work so they needed to be reprogrammed several times throughout the day before we could access our rooms. We were initially assigned a room with a broken window shade (the shade couldn't be lowered). We didn't discover the issue until we were going to bed. As a result, we had to switch rooms late at night. The second room had a broken window shade, too (it couldn't be raised). We didn't discover this until the morning - so it made the room very dark during the day. Overall - we felt that we spent a lot of our time here dealing with issues instead of just enjoying the property.

Room was very dirty. Bedding was dirty and had strong smell of marijuana.

My stay at Etage was wonderful! The apartment was beautiful and clean. The views were spectacular. The front desk staff were so pleasant and helpful. My few issues, which were minor, A few of the drawers were broken and we could not close them, I did not have a remote to control the bedside lamps and could not use them and lastly the tv's/remote were confusing and difficult to use for my elderly parents and there were many issues with the cable connection making it difficult to even use the tv's. None of those issues would stop me from returning for another visit or recommending Etage to others. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience for my family.

Really enjoyed our stay. Had an awesome room. The staff were really helpful and the amenities and location were amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was absolutely amazing. Two bedrooms and a large common area in a full apartment environment was exactly what our family needed. The Etage gym access is an amazing amenity; I was able to work out, sauna, and get an aqua massage chair session all downstairs. The business floor with conference room was an unexpected plus for some Zoom calls I needed to take. Staff went out of their way to be helpful on the few requests that we had.

This was like an apartment which had everything you need. It was very clean, the bathroom was huge with an awesome ceramic tile/glass door shower. It just needed better lighting. We didn't use the kitchen or laundry, but would be great for an extended stay. The only negative was that the sofa bed did not have linens; we asked for some and they only had two fitted sheets, no blanket or cover sheet. I would still recommend this hotel.
