The room was “tired,” appearing not to have been updated in a while. The bathroom was small and the shower was weak, with very little pressure. The kitchen was also small and not well stocked with kitchen utensils (bottle opener, etc.). Yet, the room overall was clean and comfortable.

Check in was smooth and quick. Room was showing it's age and is in need of some renovation. Great size room as we booked the 850 square foot room. A few things were not in working order but they weren't a huge problem. We stay in Philadelphia every year and have stayed at more than a few hotels in Center City but we won't be returning to this property, there's better options for the same price.

The accommodations were perfect for a midweek getaway with my boys. We were centrally located so we were able to walk to most locations we wanted to see. We had a balcony and a kitchenette. The hotel was well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue was the cable and wifi. We had a few rainy days and ended up staying in the room but we were limited on service and unable to cast from our phones. The channels kept glitching. The pool was amazing. A great way to end a day walking around the city. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and while the room was large and clean, the sitting room only had a sofa. Our family of 4 didn’t have enough room to sit. Even the dining table only had 3 chairs. Any time we needed something it did come quickly, but was frustrating to feel like we were constantly asking for towels. Kids enjoyed the pool which had the heater turned up really high. It was perfect for the weather.

This is well located to see the sites in City Centre. It is roomy and provides a small kitchen if you get tired of eating out. Overall it was a great pick for our stay in Philadelphia.

We were here for my husbands birthday and it was a return visit. Parking is expensive but we paid it! Cool things like the Reading Market, Chinatown and City Hall are easily walkable. We had a balcony and two beautiful days to use it when we returned from a day of adventure. We did not eat breakfast here because we were eating at the market and Chinatown. Security in lobby was a plus! Morning coffee was also in the lobby to bring to room. We will be back!

The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Had a nice City View to the Southwest. The staff was excellent and helped us tremendously. Location is very good you can walk to the City Hall Rittenhouse Square Love Park and even the art museum. And the roof pool is absolutely stunning

Loved the kitchenette and small dining area. The rooftop pool and fire pit create a great ambience. Very clean and well maintained with access to many restaurants within walking distance.
-
Not properly cleaned. Laundry not used because of impossible App system with Pentagon level security and a requirement to enter lots of personal data (to use a Washing machine!!)

The room was nice and spacious. I didn’t use the amenities but from what I did see people were enjoying the pool and loungers. The hotel is in a great location. The only thing I didn’t really like was the parking. It was valet only and even though you technically have in and out privileges, I didn’t want to have to keep asking for my car.
