Clean room. Breakfast was delicious.

The highlight of the stay was the server during breakfast. She was very welcoming and professional to not only my party but to all the guests. No complaints about the other staff either but the breakfast server provided amazing service throughout our stay. We were placed in a very spacious room however it was very poorly lit. The floors could use some cleaning. We had to request for a light to be fixed in the room multiple times which did not help at all with the lighting in the room. We also had to request the drain be fixed in the bathtub and for an ironing board. We were moved from our spacious room to a much smaller room to address the lighting issues despite being able to see other rooms on our floor had a floor lamp which our room did not have.

Good hotel in a very convenient location for trip to Philly, amenities just okay but people friendly and comfortable room.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is also excellent and very convenient for exploring Philadelphia. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. However, the biggest downside was that our room was not cleaned even once during our entire stay, which I find quite unacceptable for a hotel of this standard and such a well-known chain. The breakfast was also fairly average and could definitely be improved, especially considering the overall standard of the hotel. Apart from these points, everything else was great. We especially appreciated the spacious room, lovely staff, and fantastic location.

Staff was nice and helpful ❤️ I would go there again and recommend to friends and family. The only problem I had was for check out I wanted copy of my bill and was told have to through Expedia. I always get a copy

The hotel could not have been located in a better place, walking distance to everything we wanted to do, and shockingly quiet despite the busy location. The roofed-in courtyard on the 5th floor was super cool as well. We didn't utilize the dining options, and the parking (valet, $70/day) was certainly not in the budget. However, there's a clean, easily accessible garage literally around the corner with excellent rates. Would certainly stay there again!

The location was great, within walking distance from the City Hall and Love Park. The food / snacks was overpriced.

The room was very clean & check in was a smooth process. Only doing I’ll give is with valet services. A bit pricey & you have to request the vehicle 25 minutes in advance. I got jammed up by valet when I was leaving & it put me behind schedule for other things I wanted to do.

Good hotel. Nice location, nice bar area, and central “courtyard area” starting on floor 5 was very cool.
