Hotel is old, dirty. Gross odors in the halls. There was a roach in my bathroom, the AC went out. It was “fixed” but not really fixed because it was hot all night and also made a weird noise all night. No one answers the front desk phone. Wouldn’t stay here again.

When I came in the receptionist was very unpolite overworked. When I walked to my room, there was a smell that I think it was the air conditioner and they had an issue with it. I got so sick that I got into my room and I couldn’t stop throwing up. The smell was so strong. I asked the cleaning staff to bring new towels. They were standing on the door. They never came through. The pool area was really dirty. The water was dirty. My patio was dirty. I asked to stop if they can. Please come and clean my room. No one ever came. When I asked the receptionist about taxi service. She was completely rude and not helpful at all. I had a horrible stay.

We arrived when the pool had a DJ. Pool was packed and music was blasting. Checked in 10 minutes before 4pm. Front desk staff was not friendly at all. Low energy. Just there to check you in and don't ask about anything else about the facility. She looks bothered. Also, room we got was in the back of the property. Elevator access in the pink area. No push carts available, only on the lobby area. Access was out of the way. Rooms was okay. Needs updating and walls are thin. You can hear people next door talking loud or arguing. Pool was packed. Water quality was cloudy. Need to check water filtration with that many people. Overall, if you have to stay for one night. Is okay. Multiple nights, I wouldn't suggest it.

Always a good time

one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Palm Springs due to the clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing restaurant with the best happy hour menu to enjoy a quick and easy stay while in town.

Old hotel renovated into this colorful new hip hotel.

We arrived on a Sunday morning around 10:30am and were allowed to enjoy the pool until our room was ready. The pool and lobby restrooms were messy and dirty from the night before but cleaned well later that morning. The hallway that our room was located in had a few pieces of trash (napkins and papers) laying around. We also booked a pool view suite and were stuck in the corner without a view of the pool. On a positive note, the staff was super friendly, the onsite restaurant was amazing and the pool was fun & clean. We also had a very affordable deal, so overall were happy with the stay,

Struttura datata , moquette ovunque, odore pessimo nella camera. Parcheggio incluso . Abbiamo fatto colazione nel ristorante ma non era incluso nella tariffa . Toast , uova e caffè 30 dollari. Eravamo di passaggio arrivare dall death valley, non siamo riusciti a girare la città di sera c’erano più di 40 gradi .

Front desk staff was the absolute worst. Very rude and very short. Super unprofessional. Rooms were just ok. Clean but very dated. AC worked but kept the room cool, but not cold. Went to the pool. Pool staff was very friendly and helpful but the pool could use a deep cleaning. If I came back to Palm Springs I would stay at a nicer hotel but use the pool and pool amenities.

I liked the amenities that were offered with the stay! I didn’t like how 2 wings(buildings), where ice machines were located, were not working. Therefore, I had to walk across the property in 112 degree heat. Another thing that should be addressed is that ALL of the hallway air conditioners were NOT in use-not sure at why but it was just as hot if not more hot than the outside areas.

The pool area is dirty. Garbage on the ground, the loungers filthy with dust/dirt and the areas around the loungers filthy. The pool water was like bath water which I guess makes sense since it’s summer in the desert but not refreshing at all. Our room smelled musty and the old purple carpet needed to be replaced 10 years ago. There were no comfortable chairs in the room. The bed was fine and the sheets were clean. For some reason the lights in the room are motion sensors. The one in the entryway flickered like a strobe light and couldn’t be turned off until it went though it’s flickering cycle of 3-4 minutes. We didn’t realize this until late because we were going in and out of the pool/sliding door. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way that it would be triggered by our movements in bed which is INSANE. All night we were kept up by this insane light if we moved too much in bed and when we used the bathroom. I contacted the staff the next day and they didn’t care. BE AWARE they hit you with a $35 plus tax service fee on top of what you book for which they say is on the booking page which I never saw AND it was nowhere on my receipt on this site. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T STAY HERE. It’s cheap for a reason!

Such a fun room. Beautiful location. Staff were terrific! Loved the upbeat vibe. Great house musc during the day. Respectful quiet at night. Really enjoyed the breakfast! I'm a local who was looking for a bit of an escape. I found it at the Saguraro! I will be back. Loved the bartender who remembered me from the night before. Thank you! Laundry piled up by the elevator. Clean or dirty? So much of it! Walkways could used a steam clean. Outdoor experience didnt relect the cleanliness of the room and balcony which I really enjoyed.
