Nice place to stay for a good price

Room was large and AC works really well

I was extremely busy during my stay and didn't have a chance to enjoy the crystal clear pool, or other amenities, but absolutely enjoyed the clean, spacious suite with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Some of the staff were wonderful, notably the chief engineer and the office manager, but the desk clerk on duty over the weekend was purely awful and lowered the rating by two full stars. She went out of her way to be unhelpful and nonresponsive when I asked, for example, to have a broken toaster replaced or for information about reserving rooms for a family gathering in October. If you are unfortunate enough to encounter her, hold on to your patience and know that the rest of your stay will be worth the effort of finding someone else to answer your questions or help you out.

Wish we could have spent our entire trip here, it was the best of our three accommodations on this trip and the lowest price per night. Staff was wonderful.

Super property!! Highly recommend staying here. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This property has all of the amenities and a great value. Will definitely be staying here again. Wish I had more time here.

with spacious, comfortable rooms. Very clean. The toaster didn't work, and the oven didn't work, either. The aforementioned desk clerk just said that everyone was too busy to take a look at these issues, so she wouldn't pass them or the broken light or missing soap on to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. When we checked in, she struggled with the "new" registration system to the point that it took her 40 minutes by the clock to confirm our prepaid registrations and issue our room keys. It was impressively poor. Again, other than the appliances that didn't quite work and the stunningly awful front desk clerk, the property itself was lovely and very clean, very comfortable.

To be fair, the unit was a decent size with a full kitchen and dining area; covered parking in this heat was also a huge plus. Check-in was easy enough, and my room was easy to locate as well. Grills are supplied with gas tanks and grill tools upon request, too. My booking was for 12 consecutive days; during that time, I enquired about housekeeping and when, if at all, they would be coming to service my room. I was given the policy and set up service, I thought. I asked four times to have my room cleaned and was met with a "Well, I don't know why; I put it in my email the night before." I scheduled it for Tuesday, when I knew I would be away from the property for most of the day; nothing. I asked about it the following day and was told that it would happen, and nothing. Then I was told by the front desk that it would happen on Friday, then was later called and told that they don't do service on Fridays because it's "a busy day" for them—totally get it, but if that's the case, you shouldn't tell people it's going to be done. Then I was told it would be done on Saturday, the seventh day of my stay; now, well into the afternoon, I had to go to the front desk again to ask for my room to be cleaned. One person shook her head and said it wasn't going to happen, and called the manager, who later showed up and said it would be done today. I just find it absurd that I have to beg for my room to be serviced FOUR times and speak to a manager about it before being told it would be done. Trust me, I know that things happen. I worked in hospitality for many years with Marriott. I also understand that in desert environments, some hotels opt to space out their cleaning to conserve energy and water. The JW in Palm Desert offers guests points as an incentive for opting out of regular cleanings. But none of this was the case here. I asked if there were any such policies in place and was told that they service rooms on the 3rd and 7th days of your stay within a seven-day period. As I said, I understand that circumstances sometimes prevent hotel services from being provided... maybe someone didn't show up for work, or maybe the washers/dryers are down.

Amazing accommodations.. very large one bedroom two bath apartment. Clean. Every amenity you can imagine. Central location. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Great property and location. Clean pool and jacuzzi. The sauna was a nice bonus! Clean room with a lot of space. No complaints

On my first day, I had to wait for the front desk lady because she was on break. The hotel must have two people in order they can cover each other. The suite is amazing!

This was my second time there. Wonderful place, love, the separation of bedrooms and living room got all the necessities. I needed in the kitchen.
